"Finnigan?" Severu couldn't believe it. A Gryphindore and a half-blood?
"Yes. We don't know how it happened but over the time we stopped playing pranks on him and began to pass notes with him. He is terrible shy and insecure. Nobody would ever guess since he is always loud and making everybody around him go crazy. But when he is alone with us he barly speaks. It is as if he makes such a commotion in public to distract from his real feelings and thoughts. Over the time from the last school year we became friends. He knows about Draco and me and approves. But since holiday started we didn't hear from him. Our letters came back unopend. And francly we are worried." Blaise told him about the boy Severus always thought to stupid and hyperactive.
Could it be Finnigan? It sounded as if Seamus Finnigan was abused at home...But without prove he couldn't do anything.
"Did he ever tell you about his home life?"
"No. He always avoids it. But what he told us is that his family doesn't really like him." Draco said a bit sad for his friend.
"Would it be possible that Finnigan is abused at home?" Severus asked as calm as he could.
"Do..do you think so, Sev?"
"Draco, think about it. He shows all syptomes of a negleted child. Has he got any scars?"
"I don't know we just saw him getting dressed one day after Quidditsch and there was just this strange mark on his tigh. Like a sword or something..." Before he could end Severus was pacing. He had to tell Albus. He had found The Fourth...But he was abused at home as it seemed. Could he even love two boys?
"Come with me boys. I think it is time you get to know the others from the Prophecy." With that he left his room with the two trailing after him.
