Giles sat beside Riley on the couch tried to get him to react. But he didn’t move. He looked over and saw how much Severus cared about Tara. Then he started feeding her his magic and shortly after the both gasped. Giles could see the bond taking place and knew that two souls had found their way to each other. Then Sev’s hand began to move up Tara’s tighs and landed on her hips holding her to him. Just as it looked as if he would rise them higher WITH her shirt Albus Intervained. They should have expected that Severus would feel guilty but Tara stopped that notion shortly and Severs showed how much he was a playful man while teasing Tara.
„Rupert, we should care about his head wound first.“ Severus had come over and looked concerned down at Riley.
„Can we get him to open his mouth?“
„No he doesn’t react to my voice.“
„Let me try it, Mr. Giles.“ Molly Weasley started forward. The young man obviously was a not willing to trust others. Maybe a mother could reach him.
„Riley, dear. Please open your mouth so we can give you a potion. All your friends are worried about you. And you don’t want to worry them, do you?“ while talking to him she stroked the hair out of his face. He was really handsome!

Slowly Riley was coexed into relaxing his jaw till he opened his mouth enough that Molly could give him the healing potion.
But they were surprised as he surged upwards and coughed widly. That had never throughout history happened before, that one couldn’t take a healing potion!
Spike sprung into action and sat lifted Riley up so he could sit behind him while Xander and Oz held his arms and legs.
„Ri, we are here. Let it heal you! You here me you stubborn whelp!“ they could guess now what was going on. The initiative had hurt them bad and nothing had healed fully. Now the potion healed everything even the scars as Xander held Riley’s hands and looked at the once scared wrist.
„What is going on? Why does he react like this?“ Sirius was concerned now. He knew how this potions worked and that Severus‘ potion were even stronger than normal. So the boy had to be hurt worse than they had thought.
„That is the damage from torture over a year ago. It never really healed now it is too much.“ Giles saw it now. How could he have forgotten that Riley had been hurt so much?
Just then Riley stilled and groaned.
„Ri? Ri, can you hear me?“ Spike asked.
„Sp...Spike? Whe...where are we?“
„At Giles‘. Do you remember what happened?“
„We were on patrol. Suddenly a hand twisted my arm and held me down. I took a blow to the head, I think. Then, OH GOD! Spike he BIT me!!!“ Twisting around he just now opened his eyes and looked directly at Xander and Oz above him while Giles kneeled beside the couch. If the arms around him any indication Riley knew that Spike sat behind him. Holding him up.
„Calm down, Riley. Yes, he bit you but it is just a scratch. Tara was able to hold the shiels up with the help of a friend.“ Giles pointed at the strange people in the room.
„They helped us rescue you, Riley. Without them we probably would have lost you tonight.“Oz voice dripped with feeling. Sadness and gratefullness towards Giles‘ friends.
„Then I really have to thank you all. Spike when you let me up now, I feel a bit awkward lying down.“ With that Spike helped him to his feet.
Riley took a few steps towards the strangers to thank them properly as he discovered that all aches he had since leaving the initiative had vanished.
„Guys, what did you give me? The wounds are healed. Even those on the spine and lung.“
„That was Tara’s boyfriend over there. He gave you a potion and healed everything.“ Xander told him gleeful. Riley had the right to know about Tara too!
„Boyfriend? Do I... I won’t ask, Tara, but you have to tell me later!“ with that he introduced himself to the newcomers and they introduced themself.
„So what is the LA crew doing here and why are Buffy and Willow lying over there?“
