###Four Months after Buffy's departure###
It was a quite night and everything seems to be alright. That alone is unnatural in Sunnydale.
Suddenly there seems to be a tension in the air and everything stands still.
Then there is a flash of light.
And a message sinks to the floor in front of the stunt scooby gang.
"What is that Giles" asked Willow careful.
Giles bend over and picks it up. He reads it quietly for a few minutes.
"That is from the Powers that be. They want us to go to LA, it seems the power overuse closed the Hellmouth the last time permanently. Now we are needed in LA and we should take Angel and Spike with us" he told them.
"We can`t just leave for LA! What about our homes and work?" asked Xander hysterically.
"Xander we can`t ignore the powers when they tell us that we have to do something! I know it is difficult for you to leave your family but..." Giles was cut as Xander begins to laugh.
"What, you think I`m going to miss the bastards! They are responsible that I can`t move properly right now!!!" Xander ranted and forgot that the others in the room didn't even know he was hurt. Xander hadn't`t told anybody, that he could use magic and make potions. He used them to hide his bruises and the smell of blood so that Angel and Spike wouldn't suspect something.
Angel, Spike, Giles, Oz and Willow looked at him shocked and they came to the conclusion that they needed to know what was going on.
"What do you mean, Xander" asked Angel stiffly.
In the background the Vampires could hear Giles silent chanting.
"I...Nothing..." Xander replied and tried to stand up but couldn't move.
"Xander you have to tell us what is going on so that we can help you!!!" Willow told him tensely.
She knew that Giles used a truth Spell on Xander and a revelation spell that would show them all his injuries he ever received from anything other than demons.
"I can`t move proper because my parents were mad that I was late home and woke them up. So they beat the crap out of me. But I deserved it because I`m worthless and stupid. Can`t do anything right. Told them I was bi and they called me a faggot. My father started to show me what should be done to me. As he pulled my pants down I managed to run! Coward, Worthless filth, and a faggot who can`t do anything right!!!" Xander told all them this all in a monotone voice but at the end he broke down and began to cry.
The others were shocked. They hadn't thought that Xander saw himself in this light and that he would blame himself for his parents abuse.
"Xander why did you never tell me?" cried Willow
"You should have told us, Xander! I could have helped you. You wouldn't have to go back to them in a long time..." Giles was shocked that the boy he saw as a son had gone through all this and they never saw anything. No wonder that the boy cracked jokes non stop, it was an act of hiding so that nobody could see through his mask.
"Xan, why?" was the only thing Angel could say as he grabbed the boy in a tight hug.
"I can kill them for you, pet!!!" Spike was furious because he hadn't seen it coming. Secretly he liked the whelp, because he helped him and Angel to build their relationship again after Angel came back from hell.
####Flashback####
Angel was still weak after his return a few days ago.
Xander had found him inside the mansion and taken him to Giles.
That was one thing that surprised him the most that Xander hadn't staked him on sight but gave him a bit of his own blood and then helped him some more.
The next thing he learned was that Buffy wasn't in Sunnydale anymore. It hurt him that she left all behind to get over the loss of one friend. He then understood the things that were told to him in hell. He made a mistake to be with the Slayer because his soul loved her but his demon hated her with all passion. That was the reason why his curse was broken. It wasn't there to make him suffer like he thought for over a century. No, it was there so he could learn what real love is. And he had thrown it away as he left Spike behind.
That was all he could see. Spikes face over a century ago as he left him and Dru behind to go with Darla. And the moment they met again, with Angel having his Soul.
Yet he just had to look up to see his Childe that now had also a soul because he wanted to be like his Sire whom he loved to no end. Spike had asked Willow and Giles if he could stay with them and had staked Dru as she attacked the defenseless Angel and Xander as they were walking towards Giles house.
Spike had now his soul but didn't suffer like Angel had because Willow changed the curse.
There was no happiness Clause and no voices in his head that made him suffer.
Short time after that the blond vampire told them that he planned to stay with his Sire. The two Vampires made up and were now in a happy relationship. They both told each other that they were also in live with Xander.
He had done so much for them that they first became friends and then fell hard for the brown eyed beauty.
They had all but forgotten about Buffy!!!
