Interview with Kenny Caid Jr
On the Future of Iron Claw

The Galactic Comic Web Site was able to sit down and talk to
Kenny Caid Jr about the future of Iron Claw. Here is what he
had to say.

Galactic Web Site: So where is the Iron Claw book series at right now?

Kenny Caid Jr: Kind of at a stand still I guess you could say. There has
not been a new issue out since 1998. So I guess you might even say it is
a little dead.

GWS: So is that it. Is there not going to be another Iron Claw Issue?

KC: Now I didn't say that did I? But to answer the question, yes. There
is going to be another issue of Iron Claw. Starting at the begining of next
year Galactic Comics will be going through a sort of revamp. Many former
on-going series will be returning with new creative talent at the helm to head
it in a new and bold direction. And one of the revamped titles is Iron Claw.

GWS: So do you have any idea when we will see the next issue of Iron Claw?
And who will be contributing to the writing and artwork?

KC: Right we are looking at a January or February release date. The first issue,
number fourteen, I will be doing the Story and Art for. It is a sort of farwell to
my former series as I am now hard at work on the Galactic Comic on-going
series Redemption. Issue 15 will then be writen and drawn by Shawn Koch.
It is the third part in the Mortis Triolgy wich begain in Redemption Issue # 7
and then contenuied in Jade Issue # 8. Then from Issue # 16 there on out
Galactic Super Star Talent James Larsen will head the Iron Claw series.

GWS: So how often will the issue's come out this time around?

KC: I think that a monthly print run is a little out of this series league. So
what we are going to shoot for is an every two month print run. Giving us
six issue's a year. I think that's pretty doable.

GWS: Anything else you would like to add?

KC: Just that I would like to thank all the fans of Iron Claw that stayed loyal
to the series over the last nine years. And to say that there patents will soon
be rewarded. A great new run on Iron Claw is just around the corner.
