AIKEN CANYON

Driving Directions:

  1. From Colorado Springs, take I-25 South to Academy Blvd South.
  2. Turn west on Academy Blvd to Highway 115. Follow 115 south for 12 miles.
  3. Turn right into the Turkey Canon Ranch entrance across the street from the Turkey creek recreational park.
  4. Parking and the trailhead is on the right.

The hike:
    A very relaxing hike. This trail is a slow up-slope through land owned by the Nature Conservancy. Dogs ARE NOT allowed.
