| Chapter Thirty Six In order to contract, one must first expand it; In order to weaken, one must first strengthen it; In order to destroy, one must first glorify it; In order to obtain, one must first give it. With this, the Enlightened knows the use of Subtlety. The soft and the weak beats the hard and the strong. Since the fish shall not leave the pool of water, such great Tool of the State shall not be exposed to the outside world. |
