| Ah Heng's Daoism Page |
| Chapter Thirty Two The Daoism Cycle has no name, just the uncarved block. Although small and tiny, the Myriad World bows towards it. If the ministers and the king can contain it, all myriad creatures naturally submits to it and flocks to its homeage. Just like Heaven and Earth forms the Cosmos to drop the sweet dew of delight, the masses will follow it of their own free will and be ruled by it. However all things have a Name, a Name signifies the natural path towards existence and reifications, hence the Ruler should know when to stop, to stop is to prevent decay. To carry the Dao into this world, is to become the epitome for the Divine Flow into the Valley, and from which all have been gathered and contained within. (Heng: Hence forming the natural Mandate of Rule). |
