My goal here is to do this in segments... The first of which is that I'm a psychology major at NC State University. (Go Wolfpack!) I've always been interested in Psychology and am now actively searching for a way to double major in that and English and find some sort of use for that in the real world. The first thought that I have is Journalism... but we'll just have to see. |

I'm also an Eagle Scout. So of course, I have a great love of my country and for the Scouting program. I went to Philmont and participated in a large number events because of the program. There are a lot of programs that are just for fun. Scouting is fun and provides great opportunities for all involved. |

I'm also involved in Theatre. I went to the North Carolina Governor's School (East) for Drama in the summer of 1999. I was involved in numerous dramatic endeavors in high school, and am involved in similar pursuits here at NC State. I don't know that I am particularly good, though that seems to be the general opinion. Honestly, I think I've just spent a lot of time wishing I was someone else, so the opportunity to do it in front of people is just fun. |

I used to consider myself a writer, but it got me in some trouble. I would love to pick it up again, but I'm not sure that I could ever top my previous endeavors. I still write poetry everyonce and a while, but it's rare, and I can't bring myself to put it on this site because... well... I make fun of all those websites I see where people have posted their bad poetry. It would be pretty hypocritical for me throw mine up here. |

Currently, I think I may go into Journalism. I love writing and spent a few years with my High School's newspaper, The Phoenix Scope. Currently I am on staff with NC State's online student publication Americana. I wrote a humor column called The Lighter Side in high school and am trying to transition it to college. I mostly write political humor. |
