Currently, there are over 594 officers’ quarters and more than 3,476 non-commissioned officers’ quarters. When quarters are available, personnel will be assigned housing with the least possible delay.

Battle Park Homes, single-story apartment complex of 200, two and three-bedroom units, is located on Fort Benning near the intersection of Benning Boulevard and Custer Road. (It is open to permanently assigned enlisted members, allied officers stationed at Fort Benning, GA.) and family members whose spouses are stationed overseas on short tours.For information regarding rates contact the community home finding and Referral Program, at (706) 545-3921 or visit Bldg 2621, Soldiers' Plaza upon your arrival

Government family quarters are unfurnished with the exception of a stove and refrigerator. Some items of bedroom, living room, and dining room furniture may be obtained on an exception to policy from the Furnishings Management Branch, Building 1743. Government furniture is also available for lower enlisted personnel (E6 and below) with family members who reside off post within the surrounding community.
