Toggler.exe is a tiny utility that turns itself into a custom executable patcher.
You select one exe on your PC and the patcher that is created will toggle
this exe on and off. If the exe is enabled then when toggler is run it will disable
the exe and visa-versa. This is useful if you have a program that you do not
want others to be able to run... just disable it when you don't want to run the exe
and enable it when you do. :-)

The exe that you want to patch must be write-enabled! so if it is not then change
its attribute to write-enabled.

Toggler adds the name of the executable to be patched to the end of its file
on disk... once the name has been added then the patch creator becomes
the final version that will only enable/disable that one exe... if you want to patch
other executables then you must start again with a fresh copy of toggler and
set it up for another exe.
