The Little Mermaid
| Once upon a time, deep in the ocean lived a mermaid by the name of Ariel. One day, Ariel and her fish friend, Flounder, were off on another one of their treasure hunts. |  |

Ariel was very curious when it comes to humans and had an impressive collections of human objects she found from her hunts. |
But her father, King Triton, did not share her fascination with humans. In fact, he was so angry that his daughter has been to the surface that he forbids her. He feared for her safety. |

One day, disobeying her father, Ariel swam to the surface where she saw a large ship with many humans aboard including a very handsome young Prince named Eric. Suddenly, a storm struck. The crew scrambled to safety in a boat but Eric fell overboard. Ariel quickly plunged beneath the waves and carried him to the shore. |
| She began singing to him and as Eric opened his eyes his friend, Grimsby , from the ship arrived. Ariel disappeared but Eric had remembered a lovely young girl who had the most beautiful voice and promised he would find her and marry her. |  |

Meanwhile, Ursula the seawitch had seen everything. She had been waiting for an opportunity to have revenge on Triton who had banished her from the Kingdom. She offered to make Ariel human for three days but she had to make Eric kiss her before the sun set on the third day or she would belong to Ursula! |
In exchange for her services, Ariel lent Ursula her voice. She was rapidly transformed and Flounder and her crab friend,  Sebastian, led her to the surface before she ran out of air. |
