I have the right to over rule all transactions.
All transactions must be completed by gametime week12.
Four Divisions, so you play your div. twice, each team from other division in your conference once, and then 3 teams randomly from the other conference. Division winners and two wildcards make the playoffs. Top two teams get byes just like the NFL playoffs. Higher seed is home team in the first two rounds, neutral site for the Superbowl. Home team gains a tie-breaking advantage for the playoffs, only used in case of a tie.
Tie Breakersfor playoff spots: If Overall record is tied, first is head to head, next division record (if an intra-division tie), then conference record, then Points For (PF), then Points Against (PA).
Starting lineups are due by the start of the first game each week. If you don't turn one in, your previous weeks team gets carried over.

The Frank's Place Fantasy Football league was founded with the 1993 NFL Season in Laporte, Indiana. Frank's Place was a local comicbook/ sports cards shop owned by Keith and Kay Anderson. The scoring system has been refined, and has remained unchanged other than the addition of playoff home field advantage since the 1998 season.
