| Gabriel's Anaglyph Notebook Welcome to my anaglyph notebook. Here you'll find info and links to anaglyph related topics. I hope you find them informative and entertaining! 1) Viewing Anaglyphs on an LCD Experiment Recently, I was experimenting with outputting analgyphs to TV. The results were not very good, but what I noticed is that on my tiny LCD videocamera, and on my digital camera LCD, the anaglyphs looked very good! Some people were skeptical that this was indeed the case, since LCD are pretty small and coarse to begin with, so I photographed and put up some examples for one to see. Click on the following link, LCD Experiment. 2) Converting your webcam to a SAW Okay, what is a SAW? SAW stands for Stereoscopic Anaglyphic Webcam. This is an experiment I tried out, to see how well single lens 3-D would work. The cost of converting a webcam is minimal, but you have to have a webcam where the lens can be taken off. See-SAW ;-) for more info. 3) Best Way of Displaying Anaglyphs over the Internet COMING SOON If your interested in anaglyphs, you might be interesting in joing the Yahoo Anaglyph Discussion Group.
