we have lost a great person in this world.victor tolliver was killed monday june 28th 04' in a car reck.he was the kind of person you meet and dont forget.i thank god for letting me have the honor to know such a great person and i hope someday i can live up to how he made people feel.
It seemed like every time you saw vic he had you laughin bout somethim even if you were in a bad mood he was always there to cheer you up.the one thing im really gonna miss is goin up in walmart and seein him.i usta go down every ile to see if i saw him and sure enough i always did.its been hard for me just goin in there and not seein him by the time i get to the end of the ile.
