K-9 Control: Like her father, Carmen can take full control of any number of canines in a half-mile radius with a low, almost faint sound. At will, seemingly with her mind, she can give orders to her canine companions to attack or aide others, depending on the circumstances.
Transformation: By summoning up a great deal of strength, innocent lil' Carmen can undergo a transformation. She grows in size, her senses are enhanced, and her wrath is unmatched. She morphs into a large wolf like creature, at the current time she has minimal control of this form, but through practice it is theorized that it can be mastered.
FOMF, BOMB 2: If Carmen consumed blood by a mutant, she can store the dna in her unique bloodstream, upon reproduction, she can input the specific mutant dna into her offspring, actually affecting the mutant gene inherited by her child. Specific dna from victims can also be pinpointed and extracted for special purposes.
Not much is known about Carmen, it's obvious her father is west coast gangsta and drug lord BloodHound, but she has, externally lived a 'clean' life. But before her father's departure from the East Coast, he was sure to bestow her with the skills and connections of the streets. She is affilated with organized crime and often the connection with BloodHound can get her what she wants. But a part of her wants to break free, and more often than not she has befriended students and x-men, keeping her own knowledge and street wisdom to herself.
