Running With George

Welcome to the world of running with George.  As you browse through my site, I will take you on an odyssey from my first strides as a runner, through my transition from miler to marathoner, and from fanatic to philosopher.

I present you with a brief biography, racing highlights, complete with top ten times tables,  a collection of articles written for my running club newsletter, and links to other running sites I find useful and informative.

I'd like to introduce my future running partner, Maggie.  Maggie is part golden retriever, part Labrador retriever.
