| *Don't forget about our work weekend on 18-19 May! At least be there on Saturday if all possible. Sunday is normally a day for all of us to help one another work on stands and lanes. *The new meeting minutes have been posted and the membership roster has been updated. *Congratulations to Bill & Flora Geaslin for another grandchild on the way! It will be nice to have some more little ones running around, all of our other kids have grown up to beautiful young adults and their interests are else where, lol.. *Jack Barley, a long dedicated member of the G&L Hunting Club, passed away on January 27, 2002. Visitation was on January 29, 2002 from 5:00 to 8:00, and his funeral service was held on January 20, 2002 in Searcy, Arkansas. Jack will be buried at Mount Zion Cemetery in Steele, Missouri. Brother Joe Clement was Officiating, and the PallBearers were Tommy Stuart, Sammy Collins, Ron Katilius, Bill Geaslin, Bill O'dell and Al Geaslin. All of the G&L Hunting Club members send thier condolences to Charlotte Barley, family members and friends. You will be missed dearly Jack. We will continue to sit around the campfires and tell the jokes that you told us, and remember how you would tell the punch lines before you finished the joke (lol)! You brought many smiles to our faces and made us laugh continuously, as did Lola and Billy. We all thank you so much for your friendship and you will be forever in our hearts and prayers.
