Also, i have included two projects i worked on at university. One of those sites is for an intranet which contains details for employees of Pret A Manger which they would find useful if they used that Intranet. The Intranet site you see isn't the actual Pret A Manger site but my own interpretation of what it might look like or what it could be like if they didn't have an Intranet site. The site was written in Microsoft Front Page 2000, with some parts writtin in html and javascript.
The 2nd project is pure java with some html to publish the work onto the web. It is a fictious company called Vickers Liquors who are looking to sell wines on the web. It includes a splash screen to give a feel for the company and a simple to use interface for ordering wine using java.
I am currently working on another project during my spare time. I want to enhance my skills in html, flash, java, javascripts, sql etc so this is the best way to do this. The site called Lets Shop Alot will be reviewing the top shopping sites on the web. The emphasis will be on the user so there will be facilities for users to post a review on any particular site & give that site a rating based on experiences they have had. I will also post my plan of action and strategy to show all the steps that will be involved in the process of design, implementation, marketing etc.
Under Miscellaneous, I will be posting things of a personal note such as poems, short stories and other things I have written or is of interest to me. I am a creative person and this is a good way of expression and to stimulate the mind.
