Even though G-ASSV did not appear very regularly at race meetings or air shows in England during the 1960's the aeroplane was often photographed when it did appear in public. Back in the 1960's Goodyear type racers were a very unusual sight on English aerodromes where De Havilland, Miles and Percival aircraft were the normal sights to be seen. When G-ASSV arrived in England in 1964 the only other similar aeroplane was the Cosmic Wind, G-ARUL. Here are some pictures taken during the 1960's of G-ASSV -
