I'm taking an art class; these are some of my assignments. |

This still life I'm proud of. I especially like the pitcher. It was the first time i tried smearing the charcoal to get a transparent look. |

Some call this the "Ghost". It is a piece of blue fabric draped on the wall. The purpose was to use charcoal to get TONE. |

White charcoal on black paper, this still life I wanted more time to complete. I like the cylinder on the top left with the hoop and the mis-shapened papermashe ball was difficult but fun. The proportion at the bottom wasn't right on but I like the overall compostion. |

This was my first attempt at negative spaces. It looks very abstract but if you look carefully you can see some of the objects such as a chair, ladder, and book case. |

This piece was not an assignment but a creation out of my own imagination. I call it Cubes and Cylinders. My goal was to use all of the colors in our Rembrant collection. I have had this cube with circles image in my head for years and wanted to draw it. ENJOY! |
