The new yoriki have arrived here in the city of Zakyo Toshi. We have a motley mix of new enforcers to help keep this city in order. There is a Matsu berserker named Katsumi, she seems like she may get a few of the men in this city into some trouble. The Dragon clan takes a bit of precedence in this group both with an investigator and a bushi of some skill in Tamori Toshiatsu and Mirumoto Yamato respectively. Lastly, we do have some reason to be a bit worried what with a Scorpion in the mix, a Shosuro named Denbe gives us all a reason to be on the lookout.
