Yesterday, we drove from Chapel Hill to St. Augustine Florida - about 525 miles total.  We made it through with plenty of good music, knitting to keep me occupied, and a straight straight flat road.  We walked around St. Augustine, which is the "oldest" city in the US - we visited the town fort which was built in 1672 to defend the Spanish settlement from the British.  It was a cute town, beachy and fun. 

We're on our way today to Key Largo.  I'm getting sick of driving, but we've taken an internet break at my favorite, Panera!
