From Ready Position (Yoi)

(1) Look left. Step 90 degrees with left foot into left forward stance with left down block. (W)
 

(2) Step forward in same direction into right forward stance with front punch (mid-level). (W)
 

(3) Spin 180 degrees behind, pivoting on left foot into right forward stance with right down block. (E)
 

(4) Draw right foot back slightly and then return it to forward stance while performing right hammer fist downward. (E)
 

(5) Step forward in same direction into left forward stance with front punch (mid-level). (E)
 

(6) Turn 90 degrees to left, pivoting on right foot into left forward stance with left downblock. (N)
 

(7) Open left hand and raise it to the front. Step forward in same direction into right forward stance with right rising block. (N)
 

(8) Step forward again into left forward stance with left rising block. (N)
 

(9) Step forward once more into right forward stance with right rising block. Kiai!!! (N)
 

(10) Spin 90 degrees to right with left foot, pivoting on right into left forward stance with left down block. (E)
 

(11) Step forward in same direction into right forward stance with front punch (mid-level). (E)
 

(12) Spin 180 degrees behind, pivoting on left foot into right forward stance with right down block. (W)
 

(13) Step forward in same direction into left forward stance with front punch (mid-level). (W)
 

(14) Turn 90 degrees to left, pivoting on right foot into left forward stance with left down block. (S)
 

(15) Step forward in same direction into right forward stance with front punch (mid-level). (S)
 

(16) Step forward again into left forward stance with front punch (mid-level). (S)
 

(17) Step forward once more into right forward stance with front punch. Kiai!!! (S)
 

(18) Spin 90 degrees to right with left foot, pivoting on right into left back stance with left knife block. (W)
 

(19) Step out 45 degress (left front) of left foot into right back stance with right knife block. (NW)
 

(20) Turn 135 degrees to right, pivoting on left foot into right back stance with right knife block. (E)
 

(21) Step out 45 degrees (right front) of right foot into left back stance with left knife block. (NE)
