Each mobile suit has its own set of strengthes and weaknesses. Two of these opposing attributes stand out more than the rest, and are listed below. The remaining abilities are detailed in the profile that follows. These define the suit's proficiency in these areas, and give an idea of where they truly excell, and fall short. Keep them in mind whenever you take your machine into combat. Strongest Ability : Speed/Maneuverablitity Weakest Ability : Defense Armaments: Cobra D-440 200mm Revolver x 2: A standard ammunition revolver which utilizes an unconvential series of internal explosions and magnets to propel 200mm rounds at extremely high velocities. Plasma Headtail x 1: Much the same as the plasma whip used by Epyon and Tallgeese, the plasma headtail packs a dehabilitating punch, and can be moved independently of the sensor head of the suit. Beam Dagger x 2: A smaller, more stable version of the beam sabre. The dagger was chosen over the sabre because it better suits Jack's style of piloting. Active Cloak x 1: A necessity in the smuggling trade, the active cloak, when enabled, renders the suit invisible to the naked eye and radar, but at a fairly taxing cost to the energy stores of the suit. Story: Designed with smuggling in mind, the Dreugan combines speed, stealth, and weaponry in precisely balanced proportions, the end result being possibly one of the best border runners to ever come out of the outer colonies. Built in AC 227 by the Gold Dagger Mobile Systems Corporation, it was an extremely costly piece of equipment. Jack, however, felt it was necessary to spend a lot of money before you could recieve a lot of returns. His gamble paid off, and he became one the most wanted smugglers in the outer rim, if not the galaxy, by both employers and the authorities. |
