Disclaimer: See Part 1 Summary: Angel is determined that tonight will be the night and she discovers a side of Lewis no one knows about. Rating: R Author's Notes: Well, here it is! *g* You may have noticed that I changed the title. I like this title better! So there! :-P Anyway, please note the rating. If you on't like that type of thing then please do not read! It's actually barely an 'R' but I'd rather over rate than under rate. And I know, I know! Some of you were really pulling for an NC-17. Perhaps I'll write another version in the future. Enjoy! Angels Part 5 - Wicked Game By Ruth That same Saturday 11:50pm The Warsaw The mood had been upbeat the past few hours and the conversation good. Kate had ended up using the bathroom at Lewis and Oswald's place because there had been a line at the Warsaw's. She kept getting chills every time she thought about it. "Augh," Kate groaned, another tremor wracking her body. "I still feel so...unclean!" "C'mon, Kate, it's not *that* bad!" said Oswald. "Are you kidding me?!" Kate exclaimed. "I felt like a denizen of Hell!" "Now you're just exaggerating, Kate," laughed Lewis. He took a drink of beer. Kate gave him a "no, seriously" look. "Oh," she said, "I did see one of your sets of keys in there." "Really?" said Oswald. "Where?" "Well, they were laying on the floor in the corner," Kate began. "I reached down to grab them but THEY CRAWLED AWAY!" Lewis grimmaced. "I guess maybe it could use a little soap and water," he said. "Soap and water?" said Kate as she picked up her beer. "Try a good pick axe some dynamite." "What, it's not that bad is it?" Lewis asked the whole table. "It's pretty bad, guys," said Drew. "I didn't want to be the one to tell you but I'm pretty sure there's something living in there." Everyone nodded. "Yeah, Honey," said Angel. "One time when I was in there I swore I could hear it breathing." "Breathing?" said Lewis as he set his mug on the table. "What the hell would - - Oswald?" Lewis turned and looked at Oswald who looked like a cornered rabbit. "Oswald..." "OK, OK! I admit it!" Oswald shouted. "I passed out in the shower with the curtain drawn and when I woke up, Angel was in there! What was I supposed to do?" "Oh, God! You watched!?" said Angel, horrified. "No! You went in to adjust your pantyhose and - " "Oh my God!" said Angel covering her mouth. "I'm sorry!" Oswald cried. Lewis was ready to jump out of his chair at Oswald. "Don't kill me , Buddy! It was a mistake!" Lewis feigned a punch and Oswald flinched. Lewis hit him in the arm a couple of times. "Two for flinching!" he said. "You're lucky you're my best friend. Otherwise I'd hafta kill ya." "Hey, where'd Mr. Wick go?" Drew asked as if nothing had just happened. "He, left an hour ago, Drew," said Kate. "Remember?" "No," said Drew, looking confused. "Oh, that's because you were whining to the waitress about how long your burger was taking," said Lewis. "Oh yeah!" said Drew. "Hey, she was pretty cute. You think she'd go out with me?" He said while looking around to see if she was still there. "Well, let's see..." started Lewis, "...you grabbed her by the wrist and announced to the entire bar that if you didn't get your burger soon you were going to start taking hostages, starting with her. Yeah, you might have a chance in hell." Drew pouted. "I was hungry. I hadn't eaten in 3 hours." "Well, I hate to say this," said Angel as she stood, "but I have to go. I want to get an early start tomorrow morning cleaning my apartment." "So soon?" asked Lewis, looking up at her. He was making puppy dog eyes at her. "Yes, Sweetheart. I'll see you tomorrow, OK?" she said as she bent down to kiss him. Lewis sat and watched her leave before turning back to the table. "She's really great," said Kate. "Are you happy, Lewis?" Lewis smiled. "Extremely!" Behind them, Angel snuck back in the door. She tip toed quickly to the stairs leading upstairs to Lewis and Oswald's apartment and ran up. At the top she found the door unlocked. She eased the door open and peaked inside. She slipped through the doorway and gently closed the door behind her. She took a quick glance around. There were dirty dishes around, pizza boxes, beer bottles...the usual. "Yick!" Angel said to no one. She quietly walked over to where Lewis' room was. She'd never been in there. She was almost afraid of what she might find behind the door. She closed her eyes and, with all the courage she could muster, grabbed the doorknob, pushed the door open and switched on the light. She opened her eyes and saw... "What the--?" Angel's eyes were bugging out of her head. She walked into the room and slowly turned in a circle. It was nearly spotless! The only thing that wasn't neat was his bed in the corner. The double size bed was unmade, the sheets balled up in a pile at the foot of the bed. The sheets, at least, were exactly what she expected...Star Trek. She wasn't sure how she felt about laying down on Captain Kirk's head but she'd endure anything to make this night work! Her eyes moved from the bed to the wall. It was covered with shelves and the shelves lined with books. *Tons* of books. Horror books, fiction, science fiction, books on history, books about social issues, poetry, Shakespear, even a book about gardening! Angel's mouth was hanging open in shock. She turned her attention to a desk in another corner. There was a cork board above it with a map of the world tacked to it. Under that were several pictures of her. She smiled at that. There was also a dresser. She was tempted to open a drawer and peak in but the thought of possibly finding perfectly folded socks all arranged in rows stopped her. "Maybe I'm in the wrong room," she thought. Except there were those pictures of her. This was definitely Lewis' room. As bizzare as that seemed at the moment. But there was no time to think about it now. She had to get ready. Lewis could come up any minute. Although he may just stay until closing time. Didn't matter either way. She'd be waiting... Angel slipped out of her clothes, leaving her bra and panties on. She didn't want to scare him half to death by being being completely naked. Not that she was at all scary. It just might be a little easier on him to find a half naked woman in his bed rather than a completely naked one. She switched off the light and climbed into Lewis' bed. She drew up the covers, hoping he wouldn't remember how he left the bed. For a moment she hesitated. "What the hell am I doing?" she thought. "Maybe this isn't such a good idea." It was too late to worry about it. She could hear someone entering the apartment. Whoever it was went into the bathroom and sounded as if they were washing up for the night. She thought she heard a couple of lines of "Itsy-Bitsy Teeny-Weeny Yellow Polka-Dot Bikini" being sung. Whatever he was singing, it was definitely Lewis. The door to Lewis' room opened and Angel prepared for the light to come on. Instead, Lewis just closed the door and navigated the room in the dark. Angel's eyes were accustomed to the dark and she could see Lewis pulling off his clothes and leaving them in a pile at his feet. At least he wasn't a total neat freak. He padded over to the bed in his bare feet and boxers and climbed in. Angel had placed herself over against the wall so he wasn't even aware of her yet. Lewis didn't lay down though. Instead, he switched on the light sitting on the nightstand next to his bed and grabbed a book he had laid on it. Holding the book in his left hand, he began reading, still unaware that Angel was there. As he read, his right hand traveled under the covers toward Angel until they came into contact with something that felt smooth and silky. Lewis furrowed his brow and ran his hand slowly back and forth across the surface. It felt like...skin? "Wha-?!" Lewis flung his head around and spotted Angel next to him in bed. He actually leapt out of bed and stood in the middle of the room, blinking rapidly. "Angel! What are you doing in here?!" Angel laughed. "I was wasn't feeling up to driving," she said. "I was hoping you wouldn't mind if I stayed here." Lewis looked at her, unable to think what to do. She had to get his mind off whatever he was thinking. He had to relax a little. "So do the guys know what your room looks like?" "What?" Lewis responded. He still looked stunned. "Your room. Has anyone ever been in here?" Lewis blinked and looked around. He was still a bit confused but it was subsiding. "Oh, uh...no. I never let any of them in here. Not even Oswald." "So they have no idea about this side of you," Angel stated more than questioned. Lewis grinned a little. "No, I guess they don't." As Lewis turned his attention back to Angel she could see that something else was starting to replace the bewilderment in his eyes. "Sooo...whatcha got on under there?" Lewis asked. Angel smiled. "Why don't you come find out?" she teased. Lewis hesitated. "You know, this isn't exactly how I had planned this either," he said. "Well, there are some things you just *can't* plan, Lewis. However it happens, is how it happens." Lewis still stood his ground. Angel beckoned him to come closer. Step by painfully slow step he approached the bed. When he reached it he bent down and slid his hands under the covers until they reached Angel. He slipped his hands up onto her stomach. She was still covered up to her neck. "Let's just see what we have here," Lewis said with a mischievious grin. He moved his left hand down until it reached the elastic of her panties and stopped. "Ooh...there's something," he said, clearly enjoying himself now. He slid his right hand up until he encountered the underwire of Angel's bra. "And there's something else," he said. Lewis shook his head. "You do realize, those are gonna hafta go." Angel was starting to giggle. "You don't want a peak first?" she asked. Lewis couldn't resist. He dove, head first under the covers and manuvered himself until he was hovering over Angel on all fours. He took in the little black panties and matching bra she had on. The site sent a pleasant little shiver down his spine. "You're beautiful but they still hafta go," Lewis said with a smile. Angel laughed and sat up, reaching behind herself to undo her bra. "Don't you dare," said Lewis. Angel stopped and put her hands out in front of her in a "surrender" gesture. "You're not going to deprive me of the pleasure of removing it myself," Lewis said. Lewis knelt in front of her and moved his hands around to her back. He struggled with the clasp while Angel smirked at him. "At this rate it'll be hours before we even get to foreplay," said Angel sarcastically. Lewis paused. "Foreplay?" he deadpanned. Angel's look said, "very funny". Lewis chuckled and began struggling with the bra clasp again. Angel shook her head and grinned. "Allright, Lewis, that's enough of that," she said as she pulled him down towards her for a kiss. The manuever somehow magically bestowed dexterity to Lewis' fingers and he managed to unhook Angel's bra before she fell back on the bed, taking him with her. He got it off her and threw it across the room as they continued to kiss. He fummbled around with his right hand until he found the lamp switch and turned it off. Meanwhile, Oswald had come up and was preparing for bed. He laid down in bed and started to drift off to sleep. In a little while he was awakened by a soft banging noise coming from Lewis' room. "What the hell is that?" he asked no one in particular. "Lewis?" He yelled. The banging stopped. "Yeah?" Lewis called from his room. "What are you doing over there?" Oswald asked. For a moment there was no response. "Uh...Sorry! I'm...just...hanging some pictures on the wall," was Lewis' reply. "It's after midnight! You decided now would be a good time to start hammering nails into the wall?" There was another pause. "It couldn't wait," said Lewis. "Well, there's no point in being quiet anymore, I'm awake. Just bang it real hard and it should go right in. Then I can get some sleep!" exclaimed Oswald. Another pause. "OK," Lewis finally yelled back. This was proceeded by a return of the banging noise, except louder and faster. "Is it goin' in?" yelled Oswald. "Oooohh, yeah!" Lewis groaned. "Good!" After a minute, the banging grew faster and then suddenly stopped. "Got it the way you like it?" asked Oswald. "Uh-huh," came Lewis' weak reply. "Good, now go to sleep!" said Oswald. "'Night, Buddy!" "'Night." Angel and Lewis were curled up in eachother's arms, looking at one another. "So how do we explain this in the morning?" asked Angel. "He'll figure it out," said Lewis. Angel laughed quietly. "Thanks, Lewis," she said. "For what?" Angel sighed. "For being born," she said, snickering. Lewis' eyes sparkled even in the dark. "You'll have to thank my parents for that," Lewis said. "Oh!" said Angel suddenly. "That reminds me! My parents are coming down tomorrow. We're having dinner with them." "What?" Lewis sounded terrified. "Good night, Sweetheart," said Angel. She nestled closer to Lewis and closed her eyes. She was soon asleep. Lewis, on the other hand, was wide awake. "Oh, shit," he said into the darkness. End Part 5 Stay Tuned for Part 6...(I haven't thought of a name for this one yet... rather, I haven't come across the proper song title!)
