WHERE
ODD YEARS At Perkins Flat, Brindabella, on the banks of the Goodradigbee River. The way in is sign posted from the Brindabella bridge. This is between Tumut and Canberra. Access can be had through Wee Jasper as well. Anyway in can have snow and greasy clay, not to mention mud. Great Fun.
EVEN YEARS At Yarongabilly (not the caves) near the rangers hut. This is between Tumut and Cooma, on the Snowy Mountains Hwy (tar road). There may be less snow/ice coming from Tumut?

COMMENTS
Can Snow, Ice etc. Be prepared with warm clothes and very warm sleeping bag - ensure it is dry!!!
Not all years have the snow and/or ice. But it is usually very cold.
