This is how it works. A bunch of guys will be listed on the "Next in Line" page. It's a nominee page. Whoever has the most votes, gets thrown into the "Voting Booth" page after roughly 15 days.
Then you vote again, deciding if that person is worthy of HOF status, in your opinion.
The "Next in Line" then gets updated, without the person who is in the booth. If the person in the booth does not make it, they get recycled back into the "Next in Line" page.
