An abortion is a totalitarian act and a terrorist act. Both the mother and her aborted child are victims. The primary consequences of abortion are a spiritually dead mother and a physically dead baby. Occasionally a mother dies a physical death as well. Sometimes this is the result of physical complications of the abortion and at other times it occurs later. Statistics indicate that the death rate for women who aborted their children is much greater during the first and second year after the abortion than it is for women who deliver live babies.
