The memos were written to summarize the conclusions of strategic planning meetings held by CRR in late October, and they explain in detail how the Center, along with its many pro-abortion allies throughout the world, plans to expand international laws well beyond their current scope and to impose these new laws worldwide, even upon individual nations that do not explicitly assent to the changes. ******* The memos appear to confirm long-standing fears of some legal scholars that international negotiations on human rights laws are no longer conducted in good faith, and that national sovereignty is jeopardized by such negotiations. ******* In the memos, CRR repeatedly states that its �overarching goal is to ensure that governments worldwide guarantee reproductive rights out of an understanding that they are bound to do so.� These rights would include the broadest possible access to abortion, and the establishment of abortion as an internationally recognized human right, but they are not limited to abortion. CRR also speaks of the international community�s need to recognize the �inalienable nature� of what it calls �sexual rights.� These rights will in turn require new laws that �explicitly address the legal and social subordination women face within their families, marriages, communities and societies.� They will also require the establishment of �reproductive autonomy� for girls, which CRR describes as access to all reproductive information and services, including abortion, without parental notification or consent. ******* CRR hopes to achieve these goals through a multi-pronged strategy. First, CRR will work to radically expand the interpretations of already-accepted international rights, what CRR calls �hard norms,� into vehicles for its reproductive rights agenda. Thus, CRR claims to have found, or �grounded,� a right to abortion in the right to life, the right to health, even the right to enjoy scientific progress. CRR favors this approach because �there is a stealth quality to the work: we are achieving incremental recognition of values without a huge amount of scrutiny from the opposition.� ******* Second, CRR hopes to create new customary international laws, what it calls �soft norms,� that explicitly mention abortion and sexual autonomy. According to CRR, if soft norms are repeated often enough, they may become hard norms, and therefore binding on nations. Organizations including Focus on the Family and LifeNews.com have received letters similar to the tne sent to the Catholic Family and Human Rights Institute, ordering them to �cease and desist� further discussion of the subject, to return all copies of the memo, and to provide CRR with a detailed list of all groups and individuals informed by the organizations about CRR. A man posing as a reported also quizzed John-Henry Westin, editor of the Canadian-based Life Site News, demanding to know when Westin received the documents. The man refused to tell Westin who he was working for and also refused to leave a telephone number causing Westin to assume the man was a CRR investigator posing as a reporter. ******* Citing first amendment protections and the fact that the memos are now part of the Congressional Record, neither group has assented to CRR�s demands. ******* At the same time, analysis of the documents continues to reveal startling details of both the means and long-term goals of the abortion-advocacy group. Congressman Chris Smith (R-NJ), who introduced the memos into the Congressional Record, notes that �One of their strategies is to manipulate international norms to force countries to do what CRR wants.� In the memos, CRR states that �there are several advantages to relying primarily on interpretations of hard norms. As interpretations of norms acknowledging reproductive rights are repeated in international bodies, the legitimacy of these rights is reinforced. In addition the gradual nature of this approach ensures that we are never in an �all-or-nothing� situation where we may risk a major setback.� ******* Smith highlights the fact that, in these memos, intended only for CRR and its pro-abortion allies, CRR candidly mentions that this strategy has not yet worked. According to Smith, �Thankfully, they admit that they have not been successful so far in twisting the international definition of human rights to include the killing of unborn children through abortion. They disclose that, in their opinion, ��there is no binding hard norm that recognizes women�s right to terminate a pregnancy.� And ��the global community has fallen short of recognizing a right to independent decision-making in abortion, providing us with relatively few short norms.�� ******* Smith also describes CRR�s domestic goals, �CRR has programs to work with major medical groups to oppose parental involvement in abortion decisions and to �debunk the extent of parental rights currently recognized.� ******* They have programs on forcing hospitals to do abortions and on forcing taxpayers to use state and federal funds to pay for abortion. Their rationale was that then no one would know they were wicked and they could go on pretending to be "good" women. Their very first "success" in their eyes was legalizing contraceptives in the US by telling women that large families was the reason that they were poor or "down-trodden" or being unable to work in the work place. Planned Parenthood told Churches and their Pastors that abortion was a "political issue" and that if they spoke against it, they would tell the IRS on them and then they would lose their not-for-profit status that prohibits addressing "political issues". They captured the US Supreme Court by the appointment of proabort Judges. They captured the US Senate by the bribes and lobbying efforts. They captured the US Sex and Information Council of the US, (SIECUS) by their false doctrine that "children should not be having children" promotion and by their idealogy that "children ruin the lives of those seeking an education". They captured the children younger and younger by their use of the tax supported agency, Headstart,and publicly funded kindergartens. They used textbooks that showed pictures of humans and animals calling them all "organisms" and teaching the students that animals were more important than humans and needed legal protection but that unborn children did not have legal protection. They also equated humans with animals even though God's words are that humans are made in the image of God. They captured the legal professions by telling upcoming lawyers (students) that the US Constitution is "elastic" and not the constraints on the government it was intended to be. And they captured the minds and souls of the nation's children by teaching outright lies including ******* 1) the US Supreme Court had the right to create law when according to Article I, Section I of the US Constitution, only Congress has that right. ******* 2) by teaching women that they can kill their offspring in a "safe, surgical procedure with no risks". ******* 3) by skewing the medical data by capturing the Center for Disease Control which collects data on all medical and surgical procedures except abortion complications and infections. ******* 4) by using the law to prevent the accurate reporting of abortions and using the Code books for the Medicare and Medicaid programs to prevent the numbers of abortions from being reported to the citizens. ******* 5) by teaching up and coming Journalists that it is their civic duty to reduce the populations of the world so there will be bigger pieces of the pie for the socialist programs of Ted Kennedy and others. ******* LEADERSHIP ******* Although the names of Kate Michelman and Margaret Sanger are synonymous with the trademark, Planned Parenthood, there are many other leaders in their camp. Alan Guttmacher makes his living off supplying data from Planned Parenthood abortion mills to the government, the government schools and even some of the prolife organizations. Other leaders of the death-to-the-innocent-for-political-power are John Kerry, Hillary and Bill Clinton, John Edwards, Ted Kennedy, Ethel Kennedy to name some of the big players. Also Bill Gates of the Microsoft fame. The lawyers of the Center for Reproductive Rights in NYC are widely known for their expertise in suing and manipulating the Courts and the appointment of Judges. ******* A WELL ORGANIZED NETWORK OF TERROR FOR THE UNBORN CHILDREN ******* Planned Parenthood is very well organized! They control the US Supreme Court, the US Senate, the US public schools, many of the US Churches, many of the private Foundations, the Methodist Church Leadership, many private schools, the CDC, the National Institute of Health, the Bethesda Naval Hospital, and the US Treasury Dept and the General Accounting Office (GAO). They have network cells all over the world. They have an alliance with the Marie Stopes Clinics/Abortuaries of the UK. They have alliances with the Faces program in the Arabic nations that are organizations in disguise to make women think they are helping them shed their veils when what they really want them to shed is their morals,their faith in God, their committment to motherhood and their modesty. ******* PLANNED PARENTHOOD OPERATES AS A FRACHISE. ******* Planned Parenthood uses a franchise approach and they use the dollars of their national organiztion to build other abortuaries, to lobby with, to pay for lawsuits on behalf of "member cells" in other nations and States. The International Federation of Planned Parenthood in London also operates the same way, recruiting members for their network. The Planned Parenthood of NY and the International Federation of Planned Parenthood in London provide financial and logistical support to their member cells around the world. They do not depend upon the sponsorship of any particular nation or State and made billions last year from the sale of abortions and grants and government money..They provide name recognition for US Candidates for office but usually in surreptious ways now. They are backing John Kerry and John Edwards, Hillary Clinton and the other Senator from NY, and they are the main supporters and allies of Ted Kennedy and his family of proaborts. ******* THE IDEOLOGY AND GOALS OF PLANNED PARENTHOOD ******* Planned Parenthood has a public facade and a private one. Their public mantra is that women have a "choice" to be mothers using the techniques of propaganda experts like Goebbels who told the Germans that they had a Choice to eradicate the Jews to save their homeland. In reality however, they never tell a pregnant woman who has the misfortune of ending up in one of their medically unregulated and unsupervised abortion mills that she has the "choice" to stay pregnant and deliver a living child. ******* Instead they use words like "we are just going to take care of this problem for you." They avoid the use of terms like "baby" or even "fetus" because they know women know those terms now. They call every baby in the womb a "problem" or an "unwanted pregnancy" or an "unplanned pregnancy" or a "crisis". Their private mantra is "no woman a mother" as evidenced by their all-out efforts to propagandize and legally batter all nations until they agree to legalize killing of the unborn; and by their secretive memos to Congressional leaders who are their cronies, and by their veiled use of words such as "reproductive rights", or "womens' rights" or "empowerment of women" or any of dozens buzz words for abortion on demand. They operate killing centers and they also lobby for extension of killing rights so that their victims stay uninformed and ignorant. They work with "research" labs to supply "by-products" to the labs of babies' brains, spinal cords, testicles and ovaries, body parts for "stem cells" etc. They hire those with a willingness to kill and no morals. They demand the right to kill those "unwanted". They have now made alliances with the death-with-dignity euthanasia-as-a-right in the US policy groups. They file amicus briefs against all and any laws that gives a human baby in the womb any recognition or legal rights. Planned Parenthood is the most effective tool that the devil has for annihilating the human race. ******* THE FUTURE FOR PLANNED PARENTHOOD ******* Planned Parenthood's work has been on-going since 1965. The devil who is the enemy of God knew that in order for any society to allow the killing of innocents, he would have to take the words of God prohibiting such killing away. The groundwork for the abortion decision was the decision by the U S Supreme Court, not to allow public schools to teach the Ten Commandments anymore. The Bible says "the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field" (Genesis 3:1) They used words not in the Constitution to accomplish this, chanting as their mantra, "separation of Church and State". Abortion mills kill hundreds locally daily and about 50 million around the world annually. Planned Parenthood is the grand-daddy of all abortion clinics because the small, one abortionist clinics rely upon the legal maneuvering and bludgeoning of opponents in the federal Court Rooms to continue their evil. ******* SUMMARY ******* Planned Parenthood is the NUMBER ONE ENEMY of the human race. The outcome of the case could have repercussions on pro-life legislation throughout the Americas. ******* Costa Rica's Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court issued its landmark pro-life ruling in 2000, finding that "the human embryo is a person from the moment of conception ... not an object," so that its life must be protected by the law from conception, and banning in-vitro fertilization (IVF) due to the "disproportionate risk of death" to embryos used in the procedure. ******* The Chamber's decision has been challenged by Costa Rica's only IVF clinic and ten infertile Costa Rican couples, who have filed a complaint with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR). The CRR filed an amicus brief earlier this month in support of their claims. ******* The challengers allege among other things that the Court's ruling violates various provisions of the American Convention on Human Rights, which was ratified by Costa Rica in 1970. However, the American Convention itself contains a "Right to Life" provision stating that "Every person has the right to have his life respected. This right shall be protected by law and, in general, from the moment of conception. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his life." The challengers want to limit this clause by arguing that "the right to life is relative, and...it is subject to limitations when it is opposed to the protection of other fundamental rights." ******* The CRR openly admits that it uses international law to promote abortion, saying in a recent report that it has "pioneered using international human rights law and legal mechanisms to secure women's reproductive rights," and that it has "filed groundbreaking legal cases in the inter-American human rights system." The CRR considers this case important because "Depending on the Inter-American Commission's final decision, governments and courts across North and South America could cite its ruling...in developing and interpreting their countries' laws on reproductive technologies, contraception and abortion." ******* The Commission is due to consider the case in March, 2005. It will then issue a report recommending actions to be taken by Costa Rica, and if its recommendations are not adopted within three months, it may submit the case to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, where any decision would be binding on Costa Rica. ******* CRR is one of the most aggressive promoters of abortion in the world and is financially assisted by the UN Population Fund (UNFPA).
