Grad Reunion Info

*Our 30th Grad Reunion*
was held on Friday May 4, 2007 at Fraser Valley Christian High School. Nine Graduates and Four Spouses attended. We were a little disappointed with the turnout this year, but still enjoyed seeing each other again, and catching up on each other's lives. The nine graduates who attended were: Rick Meyer, Wilbur Bosma, Elizabeth Ensing (Bolt), Diana DenHaan (Kastelein), Antoinetta Jonker (Vanderkuip), Hetty Kroekker (Horstman), Sara Baartman (Ostermeier), Marian Ottevangers (Schuurman) and Marian VanLaar (Onderwater). The Homecoming Evening also had a disappointing turnout, and the Grad77'ers were thanked for showing up and boosting their numbers. We made up over half of their guests. Everyone who came received an Alumni T-shirt and a FVCH booklet. Hopefully you can still recognize all of us from the pictures below, so we're not adding captions. We can't look that different. It's only been 30 years after all, and we've hardly aged!

Plans Have Changed! We've changed the Reunion dinner plans. Instead of a catered dinner, we've decided to have a more casual pizza night. Everyone is welcome to join us on Friday May 4, any time after 6.00 p.m. in the school, right beside the library. No RSVP is required, so just show up if you can, and join us as we reminisce and find out what what's happened in the past 30 years. We'd appreciate it if those who come pitch in $5.00 to cover the cost of the pizza etc. We're looking forward to seeing you! The Homecoming Evening Plans have also changed. We've just found out that the evening is now free, and registration is not required. Check the FVCHS website for details. Fraser Valley Christian High School is hosting an Alumni Homecoming May 4 -6, and suggested that our Grad Reunion coincide with it. Details on this Homecoming Weekend can be found on FVCHS website - www.fvchs.bc.ca on their alumni page. So we’d like to organize a dinner for you and your spouse at the school, on Friday, May 4 starting at 6.00 p.m. Afterwards, whoever wishes can join the Homecoming dessert evening organized in the gym.
