Its really easy to use

select a slot in the font list on the right, setup your font
Select another slot , setup another font 
"Save Font List" and "Load Font List" load and save you list of font list for later editing
"Save UTX Fonts" creates the file for UT to use, 
save your fonts in the UT/Textures folder

The name of the font is what you will need to select it in the font section of the controller to control the banner probibly a ScrollingMessageTexture ( found under "Actors.Info.ClientScriptedTexture"

Fonts are loaded as a texture file
the font will be font'$$$$'  $$$$ being the name of your font, if you havnt loaded it or missspell the name then it will clear
