Inflicted waith a deadly curse, a young warrior named Ashitaka (former Prince) sets out into the forests of the west in search of the cure that will save his life. Once there, he becomes inextricably entangled in a bitter battle that matches Lady Eboshi and a proud clan of humans against the forest's animal gods (normal animals such as wolves or boars except larger, smarter, and they can speak).... who are led by the brace Princess Mononoke, a young woman raised by wolves.
That was from the back of the video case, lol, I was too lazy. However this movie portrays alot about the friction between the struggling nature trying to keep its splendor, and the developing technology of man. Both trying to occupy the space of the other. |
