"Oci", the founder, has always been a tyrant at heart. It all began in her kindergarten class at the Khartoum, Sudan American School when she was five years old. After being titled the "smallest bully" in school she quickly excelled in such arts as taking over absolutely everything that took her fancy from lunches to toys. Since then she has found outlets for her need to rule but has never been able to fully conceal it.
She began the Young Tyrants at Heart Society so that others like herself could have a haven where they could allow this need to flow in the presence of others that have the same problems. Knowing there were others out there she began a web that spread throughout the world and connected young prosepecting tyrants everywhere.
She has already begun programs throughout the world begining in her hometown of Khartoum and spreading to Ethiopia, Haiti, and Azerbaijan. She is currently attending University in Takoma Park, Maryland on the outskirts of Washington D.C., which is her next mission. Disguised as a meager English major she is working on her newest strategies by taking Mathematics, Economics, and History classes beyond her requirements.
At age seventeen Oci has excelled in her undergraduate studies and will be moving upward and forward towards her graduate studies in the next three years. She encourages other current and prospective members to do the same before attempting to reach their goal of power and dominance. "Make people think you're happy and content with what and who you are at school and the last thing they'll suspect is that you wish to own their souls." She advises.
"There are two types of people in the world: the rulers and the ruled." Oci says. "Sometimes people don't know what they are but hopefully through our program we can help sort those two classes out and help them come to terms with themselves and bring them to their full potention in that area." Her views on the ruling class are very strict saying that the rulers have the biggest responsibility towards the ruled because of the dependency system created in a dictatorship.
Being a dictator is never out of fashion and in days of the "freedom crisis" we need more leaders to step in and help bring freedom to a new level. The new dictator is no longer a mean, lean, fighting machine, as they are usually steryotyped, but are extremely libertarian. Through the Young Tyrants Program Oci hopes to bring about a revolution in the way people see themselves in the world and the world around them. "Through helping others understand that we are peaceful movement for dominance we can help them in ways they've never even thought of"
