7.01: “Freaky Fryday”
During a delivery, Fry manages to inhale some toxic fumes and discovers he is worm infested once again. Before he can tell anyone, the Planet Express crew are forced to go on another delivery. After arriving at their destination, Fry’s worms mutate, causing him to become a super-human.
7.02: “Bender and Flexo’s Excellent Adventure”
Whilst Fry is slowly recovering from his worm problem, Farnsworth places an ad for a temporary delivery boy. Bender is shocked when he finds that he and Leela will now be working with Flexo. Flexo has recently lost his girlfriend (“Bendless Love”) and has been looking for new work to keep his mind off her. Bender realises he still has a grudge against Flexo but they soon become fast friends. However, during their next delivery, Bender realises that Flexo has grown crazy over the past year.
7.03: “American Idol-Bot”
When auditions for “American Idol” come to New New York, Bender decides to follow his other dream of becoming a singer. However, after a lousy audition, he decides to get a voice upgrade. Eventually all the robots are getting voice upgrades and passing their auditions, so Simon Cowell’s head enlists the help of Planet Express to destroy all the remaining voice-boxes.
7.04: “Insane in the Video Game”
After purchasing a classic video game from eBay, Fry decides to try it out. He soon realises why it was so cheap – it contains a virus. After un-plugging the console, the virus starts to spread around the room and destroys all technology. To stop it from spreading all over the Earth, Fry must transform himself into the computer and defeat the video game there. However, when the virus causes a blackout in New New York, the game is shut down and Fry is trapped in complete darkness, with only the final boss left to defeat.
7.05: “Xmas World”
When Xmas arrives, the Planet Express crew have almost finished their final delivery of the year. However, Leela realises that the ship has taken on extra weight and she has lost control. Fry and Bender rummage round the cargo deck and are shocked to find Santa hiding there. Before he can say anything, the ship suddenly crashes on an empty planet and he reboots, with a well-behaved personality. On Farnsworth’s orders, Bender must splice his brain with Santa’s and reboot him back to his original personality. After doing so, Bender finds himself trapped in Santa’s mind, a world full of Xmas misery.
7.06: “Wong Place, Wong Time”
After a visit to the Nimbus, Amy returns to Planet Express with some good news - she is engaged to Kif. When Zapp Brannigan manages to ruin the ceremony, Kif must arrange another one. Leela, meanwhile, has to keep Zapp occupied whilst the second ceremony takes place, but finds it hard to do so when he believes that she is making sexual advances on him.
7.07: “Anthology of Interest IV”
When Professor Farnsworth fine-tunes the what-if machine to work on a better frequency, Fry, Bender and Leela gather round to ask more questions. What if all human life became extinct, leaving only robots on the Earth, what if Fry was the star of a reality TV show where he is filmed at all times, in a parody of “The Truman Show”, and what if Leela grew up in the sewers with her parents?
7.08: “The First Annual Futurama Clip Show”
When Planet Express celebrates its tenth anniversary, the crew look back at their past deliveries, among their other adventures.
7.09: “The Electric Army”
The Planet Express crew make a delivery to the Electric Army, an all-robot army run by a power-mad android. As a robot, Bender is immediately forced to join, and Fry and Leela are free to go. Fry and Leela must now hack into the Electric Army database, allowing all robots to be set free. However, when they realise that the army is planning a war against humans, they must work fast.
7.10: “Return to Mars University”
Amy returns to Mars to visit her parents, and is shocked to find that Mars University has been shut down after a group of robot gangsters stole it out from under them. The Planet Express crew soon find themselves being forced to track down these robot gangsters and win back the deeds to Mars University. When they realise that the Robot Mafia is responsible, it is up to Bender to do the work himself.
7.11: “Metal Tomb of Terror”
Fry is losing sleep over his constant dreams of Leela being impaled by a metal spike and goes to a sleep therapist. The therapist suggests that Fry is afraid of losing his girlfriend. The following day the Planet Express crew are asked to deliver a package to a medieval planet far away in the galaxy. On their arrival, Fry recognises the planet and realises that his dream was trying to warn him. He must now protect Leela before she gets killed, like in his dream.
7.12: “Standing Still”
After a major alien invasion is thwarted by Planet Express, Fry notices weird effects in the weather. Many natural disasters are caused around the Earth, and the Planet Express crew are sent to investigate. After realising that the Earth has stopped spinning, Fry, Bender and Leela must travel to the edge of the universe to speak to Professor Farnsworth’s colleague, so he can stop the world coming to an end.
7.13: “Fry Me to the Moon”
After getting fired from Planet Express, Fry decides to apply for a job at the theme park on the Moon. However, on his arrival, he realises the park has been abandoned due to moon monsters. Determined to get the job, Fry goes hunting for the moon monsters himself. Meanwhile, Bender gets a surprise when Professor Farnsworth brings back Curver (6.01, “Virtual Pizza”) to replace Fry.
7.14: “Time Runs Short”
Fry, Bender and Zoidberg are off on another delivery, after Leela refuses to go herself. The delivery is to a planet in restricted space. On their arrival, the ship immediately crashes and they are arrested for damaging a valuable statue. As the date of their execution draws ever closer, Bender manages to catch a virus, making time run faster. Back on Earth, Leela hears of her friends’ and Zoidberg’s misfortunes, and must rescue them.
7.15: “Soccer to Him”
When Bender decides to sign up for the robot soccer league, he realises he will be competing against Mom’s Friendly Robot Company. Bender must now find a team himself. He searches around New New York, and eventually gathers up Calculon, Malfunctioning Eddie, the Robot Devil, Roberto and a few others. With the help of Fry and Leela he must get back their spirit, or else, force it into them.
7.16: “Leela’s Bracelet”
Leela is upset after losing the bracelet she was given when she was left at the orphanarium as a baby. Fry searches around Planet Express and is shocked to find that his own best friend, Bender, plans to sell it on the black market in outer space. Fry travels to the black market only to find it has already been sold. With the help of an old friend, Curver, (6.01, “Virtual Pizza, 7.13, “Fry Me to the Moon”) Fry attempts to retrieve the bracelet and make Leela happy once again.
7.17: “Amy the Leela”
When Leela gets involved in a spaceship accident, it is up to Amy to pilot the ship for the next delivery. However, she must deal with bloodthirsty space pirates, a drunken Bender and Zapp Brannigan’s spaceship, the Nimbus, constantly following her. Meanwhile, Leela gets worried about Amy piloting the ship and has a strange reaction to her medicine.
7.18: “Stuck in the 20th Century” (Part 1 of 3)
In the season 7 finale, the Planet Express crew accompany Farnsworth on the yearly vacation, this time, to a newly built theme park on Mercury. Fry and Bender try out the roller coaster whilst Leela gets some rays. However, when the rollercoaster gets a reaction from the heat, the carts begin to speed up and Fry and Bender are blasted back to the 20th century. After an encounter with Nibbler, Fry discovers that the brain spawn are responsible for this malfunction and he must get back to the year 3004 before they take the universe.
