11.01: “Anthology of Interest VIII”

11.02: “Behind the Scary Door” (Part 1 of 2)

After getting fired from Planet Express, Fry gets a job working backstage on The Scary Door. Soon, he learns the secrets behind the show – and discovers there is a real, live scary door which crashed down on Earth 1 year before the show began. Soon, Fry is caught up in finding out what is really behind the Scary Door and has trouble resisting its power. Meanwhile, Farnsworth looks for a replacement delivery boy, resulting in Flexo being added to the team.

11.03: “Behind the Scary Door” (Part 2 of 2)

Fry manages to open the mysterious Scary Door only to discover it is a gateway into another dimension where the show writers get all their material from. (NOTE: As of this episode, Flexo becomes a recurring character).

11.04: “The Death of Leela’s Dad”

Leela is upset when she discovers her dad has passed away from the final effects of the mutant virus. She becomes determined to have a regular funeral, above-ground, but realises the mayor won’t permit it. Now, whilst Bender and Flexo cause a distraction, Leela and Fry must sneak the body onto the Planet Express ship. Chaos ensues, however, when the crew realise that the mayor has sent death-bots after the ship, ready to kill.

11.05: “Flexo Goes to Hollywood”

Fry, Bender and Leela come across an old, abandoned Clone-O-Matic in the Planet Express basement. Leela accidentally slips into the machine and is instantly cloned. However, the cloned Leela has a completely different personality, which Fry is infatuated with. Leela is now desperate to stop Fry from falling in love with her double – and clones more of herself in order to get help.

11.07: “The One With the Venus Hotel”

The Planet Express crew are set to go on their yearly all-expenses paid vacation. Farnsworth has booked them into a luxurious hotel on Venus. On their arrival, the crew are greeted by 6-heads (played by the cast of “Friends”) who guide them round the hotel. Bender and Flexo, however, soon begin to realise these celebrities aren’t all they seem.

11.08: “Fry Spy With My Little Eye”

Fry is determined to win Leela’s heart in time for Valentine’s Day. He decides to get an eye removed surgically from his face in order to become a cyclops. Leela, however, is disgusted by this and runs off to a holiday resort on a sunny planet to spend Valentine’s Day with a sleazy man. Fry is convinced he still has a chance with Leela, and decides to try and catch up with her. However, he has trouble adjusting to having one eye and ends up taking a huge de-tour around the universe.

11.09: “The Old Mutant and the Sea”

Leela is called to the reading of her father’s will, and is shocked to discover he was the owner of half the underground mutant city – and now she must take over. Leela decides to spruce up the city, for her mother’s sake, but is horrified to discover humans have started moving in, resulting in mutants being banished to the sea. Leela must now find someone else to take ownership of the city to get everything back to normal.

11.10: “There’s Something About Amy”

Kif quits his job at the DOOP when Amy claims Zapp made sexual passes at her. He is soon quick to be enlisted in Planet Express but finds himself fighting Leela for the position as captain. 11.13: “I’m Too Sexy for My Metal”

When the Planet Express crew win the lottery, Bender decides to change his look. Soon, he is the sexiest robot in New New York City, driving all the fembots crazy. Flexo must now stop Bender before many angry manbots, including the Robot Mafia, set out to break both his legs.
