Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, and is only 5 mins drive to the local picturesque beach of La Fustera, bars, restaurants, supermarket and banks. 10 mins to the larger beaches of Calpe where there are plenty of water sports. Nearby are caves and a wildlife zoo. Benidorm is 15 mins. The local golf course and famous Terra Mitica is nearby. The villa is on 2 floors with 2 separate entrances, and is enclosed with gardens, terraces and the pool is not overlooked. Ample parking for 2 cars, private garage. A large upper veranda of 14M overlooks Calpe Rock for your morning meals and evening fiesta. The pool is situated to the rear of the villa, surrounded by palm and pine trees.
