Venue: Olympic Sports Hall Location: Athina, Greece ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Fusion Begins] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [The PWA copyright logo appears and "Step Up" by Drowning Pool hits. The pyros begin to blast through out the Olympic Sports Hall in Athina, Greece. The fans are going crazy as suddenly, the music of one Theodore R. Long begins to play. Long appears on the stage as the crowd begins to go nuts. Long enters the ring with a microphone in hand and begins to speak.] Theodore Long: Well holla at me playas cause I can't hear ya! It's good to be back and my first order has to do with Starrcade. You see, earlier on Adrenaline, we seen Sting and Taker share some words which lead to physicality during Sting's match with Batista so it seems to me that Sting has other things to worry about rather than the Heavyweight Title so at Starrcade, Sting is out of the Triple Tier Cage Match because he will go one on one with Undertaker in a Falls Count Anywhere match! Now...enough talk...let's get to some action! [Long's music hits and he makes his way back to the backstage area as Fusion gets ready for the first contest.] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Jeff Hardy vs. Maven] [Referee: Mike Chioda] [Maven goes to the top rope and goes for a drop kick, but Jeff Hardy dodges it. Hardy then climbs up top and hits the Swanton Bomb for the victory.] Winner: Jeff Hardy [00:06:54] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Commercial Break] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Backstage] [As PWA returns, Vince McMahon is shown in his office.] Vince McMahon: I don't know what I'm going to do. Theodore Long just comes in and ruins everything. He takes Sting out of the Triple Tier Cage and now I'm one man short. [Just then, someone knocks on McMahon's door. Vince opens the door and it's none other than Carlito Caribbean Cool] CCC: Mr. McMahon! Long time no see. Vince McMahon: Yes, it's been a whlie. CCC: I've fully recovered from my injury and I was hoping to have a match for Starrcade next Sunday. Vince McMahon: Carlito, I'm sorry, I have more important things on my mind right now like the Triple Tier Cage...I'm one person short. CCC: Well that's it! You're one person short, I need a match...add me...that would be 'cool'. Vince McMahon: Hmmm, Edge, Evolution, Haas, Brock Lesnar, and Carlito Caribbean Cool! That does sound rather cool. Cool enough to be the headline match for the biggest event in PWA history. Carlito...you got it! [The scene closes with McMahon and Carlito shaking hands.] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Kevin Nash vs. Daniel Puder] [Referee: Earl Hebner] [Nash goes for a big boot, but Puder ducks it and as Nash turns around, Puder grabs his arm and applies the arm bar which forces Nash to sumit.] Winner: Daniel Puder [00:09:35] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Commercial Break] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Backstage] [PWA returns with Coach standing by with Charlie Haas.] The Coach: Charlie Haas, you are just less than two weeks away from Starrcade where you step in a Triple Tier Cage along with Edge, Evolution, Brock Lesnar, and now, Carlito Caribbean Cool. Your thoughts? Charlie Haas: I'm the U. S. Champion as of now. I have the chance to become Heavyweight Champion. How do you think I feel? I feel estatic! I can't wait. Come Starrcade, I will be the owner of the two biggest Titles in the PWA! [Haas is interupted by Carlito Caribbean Cool.] CCC: No, no, no. Come Starrcade, all you will be is the U. S. Champion, because the Heavyweight Title...is coming with me. Now that's cool. [Carlito bites in to an apple and then spits it in Haas's face. Charlie then attacks Carlito, but is then attacked by Jesus. Jesus does a number on Charlie, but is pulled off by Carlito. Cool then begins to assault by smacking Charlie in the face and spitting more apple in at him as PWA security finally come over and pull him off. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Dustin Runnels vs. Shelton Benjamin] [Referee: Jimmy Korderas] [Shelton sends Dustin to the corner and goes for a splash, but Dustin moves and Benjamin hits the post. Sean Morley rushes to the ring and distracts the referee as Dustin Runnels grabs a Tag Title. Dustin then winds up to nail Shelton, but Shelton ducks. As Dustin turns around, Shelton hits him with a thrust kick. The referee turns around and begins to count, but Sean pulls the referee out and nails him. Chris Benoit then rushes to the ring and attacks Morley. All four men begin to go at it as PWA officials rush to the ring to separate them.] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Commercial Break] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [The Rock vs. Kane] [Referee: Mike Chioda] [Kane grabs Rock by the neck, but Rock kicks him in the mid section and then plants him with a Rock Bottom for the three count.] Winner: The Rock [00:12:45] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Commercial Break] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Sean Morley vs. Chris Benoit] [Referee: Jimmy Korderas] [Sean sends Chris to the ropes and goes for a clothesline, but Benoit grabs his arm and takes him down for the Crippler Crossface forcing Morley to tap out.] Winner: Chris Benoit [00:11:03] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Commercial Break] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Randy Orton vs. Rob Van Dam] [Referee: Mike Chioda] [RVD slams Orton adn then goes to the top for a 5 Star Frog Splash, but Orton moves and Van Dam hits the mat hard. As he gets up, Orton nails the RKO for the victory.] Winner: Randy Orton [00:10:29] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Commercial Break] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Edge vs. Triple H] [Referee: Earl Hebner] [Edge goes for the speer, but Triple dodges it and Edge smacks the ring post. As Edge staggers out of the corner, Triple H kicks him in the gut and hits the Pedigree. Earl Hebner then counts the three count and Triple H's music hits.] Winner: Triple H [00:23:04] [After the match, a camera in the backstage shows Carlito and Charlie Haas going at it again. As the two continue to battle, Triple H, joins the two and begins to battle along with them. Edge, the PWA Heavyweight Champion, then joins in and the four go at it as PWA Fusion fades out with the four battling as PWA security tries to separate them.] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Fusion Ends] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
