Venue: Court Suzanne Lenglen Location: Paris, France ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Fusion Begins] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [The PWA copyright logo appears and "Step Up" by Drowning Pool hits and the pyros begin to blast through out the arena as PWA Fusion kicks off live from the beutiful Paris, France.] Jim Ross: Welcome ladies and gentlemen, to the most beutiful city in the world...Paris! Jerry Lawler: For the first time in history, a wrestling event is being brought to you live from Paris! Jim Ross: PWA Making history tonight, but what about on Adrenalnie? The huge Triple Tier Cage announced for the Heavyweight Title! And tonight, two of the six superstars will be in action as Brock Lesnar battles John Cena and Sting goes one on one with The Rock! Jerry Lawler: Oh yea, and J. R., we're wasting no time tonight. Let's take it to the ring! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Sean Morley vs. Shelton Benjamin] [Referee: Charles Robinson] [Shelton sends Sean to the corner and then connects with a huge splash. Morley then staggers out of the corner and Shelton kicks him in the gut and hits the T-Bone Superplex. The referee begins to count 1...2..., but at the last second, Dustin Runnels pulls him out of the ring. Charlies Robinson then calls for a disqualification and decalres Shelton Benjamin the winner. Winner: Shelton Benjamin [00:08:46] [After the match, Dustin then enters the ring and begins to hammer at Shelton. Sean Morley gets up and the double team begins until Chris Benoit sprints to the ring and begins to go at it with Dustin. Benoit tosses Dustin out of the ring and then goes after Sean, but Sean escapes and catches up with Dustin as Benoit and Shelton look on at R. T. C. and Fusion goes to a commercial break.] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Backstage] [As PWA returns from break, R. T. C. is shown in the backstage regrouping as Vince McMahon approaches the two.] Vince McMahon: Rights To Censor...you've been getting under a lot of people's skin as of late and that includes mine. Now...what should I do about this? I know! At Starrcade...you will defend your Tag Team Championships against the two men who just kicked your asses, Chris Benoit and Shelton Benjamin! But wait, there's more...if Benoit and Shelton win, Benoit will no longer be apart of Rights To Censor! Sean Morley: But... Dustin Runnels: You can't do that! [The scene ends with Vince walking off with a smile on his face.] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [The Rock vs. Sting] [Referee: Jack Doan] [Rock sets up for the Rock Bottom, but Sting is able to connect with several elbows. As Rock turns around, Sting kicks him in the mid section and turns him around and nails him with the Scorpion Death Drop. As Sting goes for the cover, he looks up and sees Triple H walking down the ramp way. The referee then goes to the outside and tells Triple H to back. While Triple H distracts the referee, Batista comes from no where and hits Sting with a powerful clothesline. Batista then picks Sting up and powerbombs him and rolls Rock over top of him. Jack Doan then rushes back in the ring and counts to three and awards Rock the victory.] Winner: The Rock [00:16:56] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Commercial Break] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Backstage] [PWA returns and Evolution is shown in the backstage discussing their actions. Suddenly, Sting attacks both men with a baseball bat. Sting first nails Batista and then connnects on Triple H. PWA officials quickly tackle Sting down before he can do any further damage as the scene fades with Batista and Triple H recieving medical attention and Sting being contained by security.] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Randy Orton vs. "HBK" Shawn Michaels] [Referee: Tim White] [HBK goes for Sweet Chin Music, but Randy ducks it and connects with the R. K. O. as Michaels turns around. Orton then quickly covers Shawn for the win.] Winner: Randy Orton [00:15:42] [After HBK is helped back to the backstage area, Randy Orton signals for a microphone.] Randy Orton: Okay...the question on everyone's mind...who is next on the Randy Orton hitlist? I've already knocked off all the legends and giants so who else is left? Nobody! I've single handedly defeated every single PWA superstar in the business and now, there's nothing left for me to do. There's noone left for me to beat. I should just go ahead and retire now for crying out loud. [Suddenly, the music of none other than Jeff Hardy begins to play and Hardy appears on the stage.] Jeff Hardy: Randy Orton! What in the hell are you talking about? You claim that you've defeated everyone in PWA...well I can name someone you haven't beaten. Infact, it's someone who has defeated you actually. Me! That's right...if you're looking for a challenge, try me. I'll be more than happy to strip you of the T. V. Championship. Randy Orton: Jeff Hardy? What in the world? That one win was a fluke and you and everyone else knows it! But you know what, I'll be more than happy to strip you of your dignity and make you another name on my long list of defeated opponents. Jeff Hardy: Well you seem sure of your self there, Randy. Randy Orton: I'm more than sure of my self. Infact, I'm willing to put my Television Title on the line against you at Starrcade so 50, 000 plus can witness, live, me humiliate you! Jeff Hardy: Hmmm...me....you...Starrcade...done deal, but Randy, if you're so sure of your self then why don't we "raise" the stakes. Randy Orton: Raise the stakes? What do you mean? Jeff Hardy: I say we raise the T. V. Title and let it suspend above the ring and we have our selves a good old fashion Ladder Match! Randy Orton: A Ladder Match? Sure! It's one thing to beat you, but imagine the embarassment you will suffer when I beat you in your own damn match! After Starrcade, I'll be known as the Legend slash Giant slash Hardy killer! Jeff Hardy: Then I guess I'll see you at Starrcade then! [Jeff drops the microphone as his music plays and PWA fades to a commercial.] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Commercial Break] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena] [Referee: Nick Patfick] [Cena goes for the FU, but Brock lands on his feet. As Cena turns around, Brock heaves him up and hits the F5 for the three count.] Winner: Brock Lesnar [00:19:57] [After the match, Brock calls Edge, but instead gets Charlie Haas. Haas and Brock share words which leads to Haas walking down the ramp, but beign attacked by Evolution. As Evolution does a number on Haas, Edge enters the ring from the crowd and attacks Lesnar. While Brock and Edge battle, Sting rushes down the ramp to assist Haas. Sting, with a bat in hand goes after Batista. The six men battle back and forth, but in the end, Sting goes to nail Batista, but Batista ducks and he hits Haas in the skull with the bat. Evolution then runs up the ramp as Haas begins to bleed refusively. Mean while, Edge and Brock continue to battle, but PWA security rush to the ring break them up. Fusion goes off the air with security separating Edge and Brock as EMT's aide to Haas as Sting continues to stare down Evolution.] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Fusion Ends] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
