What service does CellWireless provide?
CellWireless provides value priced International Cellular Phone Services
and will soon provide Broadband Internet services and other leading
edge communications products.
Am I paying too much for cellular phone calls?
You be the judge of that, by just looking at our great rates and the quality
of our connections, 24/7. This is the first time that a company has been
able to offer international connections from a cellular phone at the same rate
that locals pay in that country. CellWireless has researched the entire telecommunications
industry and developed the latest in digital and legacy technologies to assist
its customers to cut their cellular phone costs.
Do I need to upgrade my current cell phone to make calls through CellWireless?
Providing you are able to send SMS messages from your current cell phone or have GPRS
enabled, you should be able to take full advantage of the savings we offer.
Why do I need to be able to send text messages from my cell phone?
We have state-of-the-art telecommunications equipment which utilizes a combination
of SMS, Fiber Optic, GSM and PSTN technologies. This is known as SMSCall.
Using the SMSCall system from your Cell phone you can connect to anywhere
on the planet with a cell phone or fixed line phone!
Should I cancel my current Provider?
Keep in mind we are a complimentary service. You don't need to cancel your provider,
because you require them to send and receive calls and text messages. If you could
adjust your existing plan to pay the lowest commitment per month then this would
be in your favor.
Is it better to ring a certain type of phone?
Using the SMSCall system from your Cell phone, you will soon work out the great
advantages of calling fixed line phones rather than Cell phones. EG: If it is
decidedly lower priced to use your Cell to connect to a fixed line in Paris
than use your fixed tine to make the call, why wouldn't you? This is because it
generally costs more to call a Cell in some countries. Many destinations in Asia
and North America provide the same rates to fixed line or cell. If you want to get
the most value for your money, check the great CellWireless rate charts and call
the phone that works on the lower rate schedule.
How much money will I save on my National/International calls?
Actual savings vary from country to country and sometimes from city to city.
This depends on the destination that you are wishing to connect to. Whether you
are an individual or a business, the savings can range from 10%-30% on national
calls and 25%- 90% on international calls. However, generally the savings average
around 50%.
So what are the rates for these calls?
Calls are broken up into thirty second unit charges and because there are two calls
actually being made, there is a rate for each call made. IE: Assuming you are in
Malaysia and wish to use your Cell phone to connect to another Cell phone in Canada,
both calls have individual unit rates which are added together to ascertain the total
unit cost of your call. This would be the same total rate if you were in Canada and
connecting to Malaysia as well. EG: Malaysia Cell unit rate @ 4c + Canada Cell unit rate
@ 2c = 6c. Assuming you were in the United States where Fixed-line unit rates and Cell
unit rates are identical, then you would simply add the two together to get your total
unit charge. EG: US Cell unit rate @ 1.5c + US Cell unit rate ® 1.5c =o 3c a unit.
Another example is New Zealand Fixed-line unit rate ® 2c + Brunei Cell unit rate
® 4c = 6c a unit. This becomes very clear when you already will know your own country
of residence rates for both Fixed-line and Cell. You simply look up the rate to the
type of phone you wish to call in your selected country and add it to your own rate.

We also provide you with a special Rate calculator that you can enter both numbers,

How can CellWireless provide National/International calls at such low rates?
The CellWireless network uses the latest cutting edge technology to provide premium
quality service at substantially lower costs. Since we specialize in National
and International Cellular calls, handling a huge number of calls a day, we purchase
National and International lines at wholesale prices and are able to pass on the
savings to our valued Customers.
The different types of savings include:
o Your usual Provider generally charges in one minute blocks. You would be painfully
aware that few calls end exactly on a given minute. A three minute, ten seconds call
is therefore charged out at four minutes. With CellWireless, you will be charged in
thirty second increments for the first minute. The balance of your call is charged
in fifteen second increments. Due to this fairer process, you will probably save
around 10% of your current call costs.
o Your usual Provider has higher peak rates usually during the daytime. Our rates don't
vary at all. You now don't have to get up early or stay up late to save money.
o Keep in mind, the rate of an International call can vary depending on which country
is the origin country. We have already chosen the lowest cost route for your call.
This could also save you as much as 50% on these calls.
So how do I pay for these calls?
After you become an Associate, you may elect to order in blocks of $50 at a time.
This is held as a credit in a special online Communications Account which you may
use when it suits you. As an Associate, you also have a special Rewards Account
Facility included with your personal Website which features a host of functions.
If you earn Rewards during the course of your business involvement as a result of
your efforts, these are shown in your Rewards Account. You can withdraw funds to
either your Bank Account or have them deposited to your Rewards Card. This may
take up to five working days to become clear funds. In your Rewards Account you
also have a function to transfer funds to order additional blocks of phone time.
With hard work and perseverance, you may earn sufficient Rewards, to cover your
phone bills from your Rewards Account. Naturally as a verified Associate, you may
pay for orders by Credit card and other methods. By the way, we actually provide
you with an up to date online statement which lists your calls, the date, the
time, duration, and cost of each call.
Is there any limit to the number of calls that I can make?
Providing your Communications Account balance is in credit, you can make
calls to your hearts content.
Are there certain times of day or days of the month when I can make calls?
The CellWireless network is completely automated. You can therefore make calls
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Keep in mind this has the added advantage of our great rates.
How secure is the system?
The system is very secure because it uses the latest state of the art security systems
on the market. Safety concerns are an important factor and we are constantly updating.
Our equipment is housed in a world class Data Center that is home to some of the planets
biggest Communication and information providers such as Google, Yahoo, Singtel and Foxtel
etc. We are also protected by new-wave Hardware/Software Firewalls and anti intrusion
mechanisms which are monitored 24/7 by dedicated Engineering and Support personnel.
Can I use CellWireless as a replacement service from my current one?
CellWireless services are designed to be value added or complimentary, not a replacement
although we are currently developing products that can in fact be used as a replacement
which will provide you with even more benefits than you receive now.
Are the services guaranteed by CellWireless?
Like any global carrier, CellWireless cannot warranty that services will be free of
fault, without challenges, or available at all times in all locations, simply because
of international telecommunications links and the many variables that govern the
connect-ability and quality. What we do promise is that we will provide you with the
best possible service that can be achieved and we will work tirelessly to obtain
the highest quality of services available from global carriers.

So what is this I.S.R.P., I keep hearing about?
The I.S.R.P. (International Sales Rewards Plan) is probably the simplest and certainly
fairest compensation plan to ever be devised. Not only do most people understand it,
but can explain it as well. This makes it very duplicable. Everything is based on US
Dollars. You can get started operating your very own business for as little as $59.
The I.S.R.P. calculates Rewards Points to Infinite Depth and banks unused Rewards Points
for fifty two weeks. The I.S.R.P. crosses alt borders allowing Associates to have Customers
all over the planet. It is so incredible that all phone users particularly those with a Cell,
will want to be involved in some way!
How do I get started then?
Assuming you have chosen to become a Bronze Associate, simply decide how much phone
time you are likely to need in the first month or so and select one of the Associate
Product Packs. NB: Each Connection Service is supplied at wholesale to Customers at
the fantastic CellWireless rates. These Connection Services may be retailed by Affiliates.
When proper comparisons are carried out, this is normally charged out way above
the amount our Members pay wholesale.
What category of structure is the I.S.R.P. based on?
After becoming an Associate, you will be placed in one of your Supplying Associates
business teams. This is structured in a Dual Linear configuration. IE: From your placement
in the team, you will have two different teams attached to you which both require Sales
volume that converts to Rewards Points. This sales volume may be created solely by your
personal efforts or with the assistance of your team. There are three balances of Sales
volume generating Rewards Points which in turn may provide Rewards income: 700:500,
600:600 & 500:700.
What benefit do I get if I spend money on phone time after I become an Associate?
Each dollar spent on Phone time recharges is equal to 1 Rewards Point. IE: Each $50 you spend
on phone time to either retail or use yourself creates 50 Rewards Points for you. Each $50
that someone in one of your down-line teams, spend on phone time recharges to either retail
or use themselves, create 50 Rewards Points for them as well as flowing up-line to you.
Is there a qualification to earn Rewards?
You are required to personally create 250 Rewards Points in both of your teams to qualify
for the earning of future income. Rewards Points add up to assist you in earning you Stage
Rewards. When you have 1200 Rewards Points in total, which must be balanced in these
configurations only: 500:700, 600:600 or 700:500, you're then able to earn Stage Rewards,
however you must always maintain Activity to remain entitled.
What does Activity mean?
Associates are required to pay $5.00 per 28 day term to maintain their site hosting and
support services to be deemed active. This Hosting fee does not generate any Rewards Points.
Active Associates who elect to work the I.S.R.P. to accumulate rewards points from team
results and are qualified will be entitled to receive Stage Rewards income only.
Naturally it's best to remain active, however if for any reason an Associate becomes
inactive their phone time can still be used similar to how a Customer uses phone time.
What does Maintenance mean?
Associates may also elect to pay 28 day Maintenance to assist in covering ongoing costs
on ATM cards, Internet Voice Conference Moderator functions, Weekly Wire-Grams and
Leadership Training Programs (depending on product package) etc. These facilities will
be provided only to those Associates who subscribe to this Maintenance on an ongoing basis.
There is a sliding scale dependent on status achieved. For those who do elect to pay the 28
day Maintenance, they will also be entitled to Maintenance Rewards generated from those in
their teams who have opted in to the Maintenance program. This residual income is also
on a sliding scale*
"Associates qualifying as Bronze Associates are entitled to earn Maintenance Rewards derived
from 28-day Maintenance fees. Rewards Points attributed from these purchases are added to their
normal Stage Rewards Points and count towards Total Rewards. There is a sliding scale for the
various status levels achieved. Bronze Associates are entitled to 40% of Rewards points attributed,
Silver = 50%, Gold = 60%, Platinum = 80% and Titanium =100%
NB: Activity and Maintenance may be paid in advance, by 28 day credit card debit or deducted
automatically from Associates Rewards Accounts. In the event of deduction from Rewards accounts,
it is performed three days prior to the due date.
How much are these Total Rewards?
Every Total Reward is $100. Total Rewards are calculated weekly and paid out every week!
When can I activate other Placements, if I become an Associate?
Additional Placements other than the Prime Placement that is selected to build from initially
remain dormant until various qualifications are met. Associates are required to work with
their first two teams until they have generated at least $10,000 per week for 4 consecutive
weeks, before activating Team three. They are required to perform the same qualification from
additional teams before activating new ones. This business is all about Teamwork and getting
the best results for your team. It is vital to work in depth and support your prime teams,
before activating a further team. The more people in your prime teams who are earning regular
Rewards, the more successful you will become.
OK, all sounds pretty good, but how do I access my money?
When you apply to become an Associate, and after having qualified further to the Gold Associate
level, you will receive a very special card as part of your Product Pack. This is an ATM Rewards
Card, which enables you to withdraw funds from thousands of ATM's internationally! All Associates
can use their accumulated Rewards to buy phone time and or ask the company to deposit the money
in a bank account of their choice.
Are there any other Income Streams?
As an Associate, you would wish to build your teams up to the point of it being almost self
perpetuating from repeat business. Naturally new retail sales of Associate Packages and
upgrades will generate Stage Rewards. It is important to realize that other Associates in
your teams will be recharging communications time (which generates possible Recharge Rewards)
as well as maintaining activity (which generates possible Maintenance Rewards). Rewards Points
are created by this activity and accumulate, which in turn may flow up-line to you and depending
on your balance earn you Total Rewards. |
