Part 7 After Num confessed to Kob, they started to date. When Donut found out that Kob and Num were dating, she was shocked because she didn�t think that Num and her sister would get along that fast. She didn�t know if Num really loved her sister or was he up to something. Whatever it was, Donut had to find out. She was worried about her sister and didn�t want to see her hurt. Oil was heart broken when he found out that Num and Kob were dating. He was sad and didn�t know how he could stop himself on loving her, the one who saved him. Knock. knock. Donut knocked on Kob�s door as Kob went to go open it. Hey Donut, need something? She asked. Can I come in? Sure Donut, I was just thinking of going to get you to help me pick out some clothes for me to wear tonight. Kob said as Donut sat on the bed. How about this? You think Num will like it? Kob asked holding a dress for Donut to look. Donut was deep in thoughts and didn�t pay attention. Pi Num, what are you trying to do? Donut thought in her head. Donut, Kob said as Donut snapped out of it. Ka? Donut asked looking at Kob. Donut are you okay? She asked feeling Donut�s forehead. Ka, I�m okay. She said. What did you want me to do? Donut asked Kob once again. Help me pick out some outfits to wear tonight. Kob told her. Donut looked at her and smiled. My sister looks good in everything. Um.. how about this. Donut said looking in Kob�s closet and picked out a pink spaghetti strap dress. Num drove up to Kob�s house and parked his car in front of her house. He knocked on the door and Donut went to go get it. Donut opened the door and saw Num standing there with a smile on his face. Num also saw Donut. Donut, he said and grabbed her hands and pulled her into his embrace. Let go Pi Num, Pi Kob�s coming down soon. Donut said struggling. Donut, come home with me. Come home so I don�t have to... Num said but stopped. Don�t have to what Pi Num? Donut asked as she pulled apart from him and looked at him. Just then Kob came down and Donut stood far away from Num as far as she could. Kob saw Num standing there looking at Donut with sad eyes and looked at Donut who was sitting on the couch reading a book. Num then noticed Kob who was dressed in a pink spaghetti strap and her hair was up in half. She walked over to him and he led her out. He stared at Donut one last time and wrapped his arm around Kob�s waist walking out of the house. Donut looked up from the book and stared at the door. What are you up to Pi Num? Donut asked as Oil came into the house. Pi Oil, where did you go yesterday and how come you just came back? Donut asked as Oil walked in, drunk. Pi Oil were you drinking? Donut asked going up to him. Oil�s vision was blurry and he couldn�t walk right. He fell on Donut. Pi Oil! Donut said trying to wake him up. She decided to walk him over to the couch. She laid him down and went in the kitchen to go get the things that she needed. When she came back, she went over to Oil and wiped his forehead with the damped cloth. Tik! You can�t leave me. He said in his sleep, pulling Donut in close to him. Donut looked at Oil and wondered who Tik was. Oil opened his eyes and saw Donut in front of him. They stared into each other�s eyes and Oil leaned forward to kiss her. Donut pulled away from him and looked at the floor, feeling embarrassed. I�m sorry Donut, I.. Oil said. It�s okay Pi Oil, I understand. Donut said getting up and going upstairs to her room. Oil looked at where Donut was sitting and thought how stupid he was, doing what he did. Donut closed the door to her room and stood behind it with tears flowing down her face. Pi Oil has someone else, he doesn�t love you Donut. She said as she fell slowly on the floor. Num and Kob were at a restaurant and was enjoying their evening dinner. You look beautiful today Kob, he said as he placed his hand on hers. Kob blushed and said, Thank you. Donut was the one that picked it out for me. When Num heard Donut�s name, he began to feel sad. What�s wrong Num? Kob asked, feeling worried about him. Nothing Kob, He said. After they were done, they went to walk on the beach. Then Kob stopped when Num grabbed her hand. What is it Num? She asked looking at him. Do you know how beautiful you look right now? Num asked Kob as she blushed. You already told me that Num. Kob said with a smile. I could tell you that forever Kob, Num whispered in her as Kob felt tickled. He pulled away and looked at her. How could he trick Kob? She seem so innocent. He thought. Kob smiled seeing Num look at her, Is there something wrong Num? Kob asked. Num shook his head and put his hand behind his back. When he pulled his hand out again, he got a little red box out. Kob was surprised, and was anxious to know what was in the box. Num opened the box and there was a diamond ring. Num got on his knees and held onto her hand. Kob, we known each other for a year now and a year is long enough for me. Will you do the honor and be my wife?
