| We will research available records for you. These records include US Federal Census, State Census, Wills, Land records, Land Patents, Birth, marriage and death records, church records where available, Social Security Death Index Records and more. Fees: US Federal Census all years - $35.00 per head of household for each census year requested. State and full name of head of household required as well as the year you want searched. US State Census - $35.00 per head of household per year, must know full name of head of household and City and State they resided in. Land Records - $35.00 per record, if full name of both parties are known. Land Patents - $35.00 per record + Office of Land Patent Fees if you want a certified copy. Birth, marriage and death records - $35.00 per record when locations, names,dates, and parents are known. We do not aquire records on people who are still living. Wills - $35.00 Must know deceased's full name, date, and location. Church Records - limited availability, email for FREE estimate. Social Security Death Index Records - this is to obtain a copy of the SS-5 form from the Social Security Office. The fee is $40.00, $27 of which is to obtain the SS-5 from the Social Security Office. You must know the name of the deceased at the time of death and the state they died in. Military Records - American Revolution, Civil War, WWI, WWII (limited access), other minor conflicts $40.00 per record. You must know the full name, state where enlisted, conflict name, and what branch of the armed forces they served in. Panama Canal Records - $40.00 per record.
