The Joker
( Cause he's so funny looking)
Anubis: The god of the Tombs and embalming and weigher of the hearts of the dead, represented as having the head of a jackal.

A nick name earned for his appearance but if the puppy of the family is in charge of judging me in the after life, I am screwed! He is the most irresponsible animal to date to join our family. At not quite 2 years of age, he refuses to learn the basics, like don't dig up the garden if you want to keep your cajones
(see Cujo page on that subject), and he has a need to possess what ever the other animals are using at any time. So if Cujo is chewing a bone, Anubis will take it at  the first chance possible. His bed will be abandoned right after the lights go out and he will take over someone else's.

Because he is a puppy, we expected his infectious energy to affect Cujo during  the cage rest, I also expected the rest of the two leggers to feel sorry for cujo, and break the cage rest. I was right. Keeping those two dogs separate and keeping Cujo in his cage was next to impossible. Anubis learned from the best when it came to getting into areas he is not wanted. We used to revel in the lack of fat on Cujo, considering his mother only lost weight with pregnancy. Cujo was huge muscles on his chest and hind legs. Ribs poking out  under a shiny coat. Anubis is worse, he has the same powerful hind legs, but his body is more lithe, more oiled for tight squeezes, 20 pounds lighter. So he really looks anorexic. The eating grass like he is a cow does not help him keep on weight.
