Why is it we can sue the tobacco industries for our own ignorance in choosing to smoke. Today you have no reason to smoke or the right to sue the tobacco industries. You have a choice in the matter not to....

We have no choice,when we have no other means of transportation but our vehicles. When the oil and gas industries force us to drive vehicles that have polluted our environment and caused major environmental devastations to our oceans and our health and our wildlife as well.

They have done more devastation to our world and to us then the tobacco industries have. So why are they not held accountable for their actions? They have had the means to make our cars get much better gas mileage,cleaner and safer for the environment and us for over 60yrs. They say money is the issue....HA!

I know it would never cost them as much as it has cost us. We,the hard working American people always have to pay.We are paying right now at the gas pumps,we are triple taxed everytime we buy fuel..why?
