Reward the Heart


  1. As a leader you have to not only “ask for” but also give and reward. A reward could be a thank you card, for a job well done, a monetary/gift card reward, a team celebration and encouragement at the end of each month.
  2. Remember to keep communication clear and fluent, share the team challenges and always show appreciation.
  3. Learn from experience and always put yourself in the same position to find out what the best reward will be.
