This comic is about some girl who randomly wakes up in a forest (and can't remember anything, whoooo!) and she bumps into some uber-depressed-trident-weilding-political-bodyguard type thing, and she has to follow him and some sort of magical secret service around. And then there is this group of heroin addicted girls who like to destroy things. Whoo!
I'm kind of lazy to put all the pages up, so you can read it all here.
And the drawings are kind of half-arsed, but it picks up around page 15.
