All puppies sold will be honestly represented and evaluated as accurately as possible.
Devine's Funluvinpups guarantees this puppy to be free of all Communicable Diseases, for a period of 10 days from the date of purchase.
Buyer must have the puppy thoroughly examined by a licenses veterinarian (at buyer's expense) within a period of three days from date of delivery.
If within 10 days from the time the buyer takes possession of the puppy, it is found by a licensed veterinarian not to be in good health; Devine's Funluvinpups must be notified immediately. Devine's Funluvinpups will then decide to replace the puppy with a new puppy (when one comes available), once the examining veterinarian has furnished a health report to Devine's Funluvinpups.
If in the event that the puppy dies from an unknown cause within the 10 days from the date of purchase then the buyer must have an autopsy (at the expense of the buyer). If the buyer wished not to perform an autopsy, the 10 day guarantee is null and void.
If an autopsy is preformed and it is determined that the puppy did die from a Congenital or Genetic defect the puppy will be replaced (with a new puppy once one comes available) once the buyer has furnished a veterinarian report as to the cause for death.
If an autopsy is preformed, at the buyers expenses, and it is determined that the puppy did NOT die from a genetic defect, Devine's Funluvinpups is no longer liable for any compensation for the puppy.
We will not cover deafness, cataracts, or blindness, hip dysplasia, heart murmur, or liver/brain shunts of the dog after the (10) day period.
Veterinarian expenses incurred by the buyer, for any reason, will not be Devine's Funluvinpups responsibility.
It is the buyer's responsibility to keep up on the puppy/dog vaccination requirements to guard against genetic diseases.
Size, color, and temperament of puppy are not guaranteed.
If ALL conditions of this contract are not met, this contract is null and void.
This contract supersedes and all previous agreements.
Anything written in the box below takes precedence over all above printed material.

At funluvinpups we have put our best efforts into breeding and raising healthy sound puppies. Buyers should understand and research the breed so they know that they are predisposed to certain medical anamolies, and that even though we have put our best efforts into raising our puppies they can still develope these conditions as they age.
In the event of any unforescene circumstance, we PRAY you will not surrender the puppy to any kind of animal shelter or rescue group instead you are presented with the option of returning the puppy to funluvinpups at no cost to us knowing that we can give the puppy a permanent home or will arrange for a new suitable permanent home.
