One Shell, Nine Lives
My College senior project. A surrealist experimental peice about several people who are really one person searching for a sea-shell. Also a cat's dream. About 9 min. long. 16mm.
Micro Macro
My final project for "Video 1" in College. A simple construction of close-up colorful images with text of me narrating some early childhood memories over it. Maybe I will be able to post this one online someday, seeing as how I have it on my computer, that would be sweet. About 4 min. Digital video.
FWSP's Unlimited of Antioch Ad
One I definitely want to post. It's a 1 minute advertisement for a fake company to supply student jobs on campus. Makes me laugh at least, due to the fact that it bashes my school. For my "Video 1" class. Digital Video.
Sound Project

Interview project for "Video 1" class. Interesting, but also proof for me why I don't usually do documentary work. 7 min. DV.
Self Portrait
A fun little project for "Video 1". I wonder how many filmmakers sit down and put together a self-portrait with the medium. For me it consisted mainly of wandering alone, eating snack foods, and procrastination-like babbling about indecisiveness. 1:30 min. DV.
The New Girl
My final project for "Film 2" and my personal favorite film of mine. It's a surrealist experiment with movement and form. The actors don't move within each shot, except their mouths, then at the end the main character gets fed up and walks out leaving the crew shooting the film (a chicken and gorrilla) to chase each other a la' the Benny Hill Show. Plus it has some mock DVD bonus footage. About 6 min. Shot on 16mm but finished on Digital.
The Dummy
The class project for "Film 2" in college that I directed and edited (badly). I still wish I had had more time to go back and tighten the editing on this one, but as it was an abandoned side project, I was lucky to have it finished at all. About some typical Antioch students who have a night of drinking with a magical talking dummy that drinks them under the table and steals their booze. A partial remake of the "Bunny in the Box" skit I helped out on (see earlier stuff). Fine acting on all parts, says I. 4 min.? Shot on 16mm, finished digitally.
Other Film 2 Projects
I helped out with some other film project in this class and they were all pretty damn good. Also I have a cameo role in one of the greatest films ever made, 8-bit huffers, which can supposedly be downloaded from here no But I think the file is corrupted.
A day in the Life...
A project I made while working at Berkeley Community Media in Berkeley, CA. A good nostalgia peice which like an idiot I taped over and now only possibly exists in the Berkeley archives. This was actually shown on TV! Public access rules! And BCM is a fucking great place for anyone interested in media with any income level. This peice was about the life cycle of show tapes at BCM, not incredibly interesting, but hilarious if you knew the actors involved. ? min. Old school video but digitally edited.
The Ghost of Bingle
Final project for "Film 1" at Antioch. A simple horror film about a college student who accidentally murders his best friend while playing Bubble Bobble, then is haunted by the ghost in his dorm. Mainly an excuse for me to do some fun lighting and use as much Zombie-surf as possible on the soundtrack. I need to get a better copy of this for my collection. 16mm all the way. About 4 min.
Other Film 1 Project
Included here so I don't forget it entierely, a short 16mm piece involving little sound but it was my first FILM film ever, so I was a happy little boy making this one.
Potato Suicides and Other Bad Videos
Some horrible videos made by me and some friends during our first year of College. Classics, and I would still like to remake the Potato Suicides or do a sequel where the potato comes back from the dead to have adventures and whatnot. Unedited Video tapes that are surely lost somewhere in Tenessee.
