Chapter Seventeen Notes
Ananda: This part was a good six months in the making (this chapter an' the next few)...it feels *so* *long* since I had them land on Gav's planet..! The original plan here was my sister's idea: Have them go to the Digiworld. But, at the time, I was leaning more towards U2's ZooTV and the ideas behind that... And then, of course, I got to actually *writing* the silly thing and it went all over the place, taking more from Star Wars and Star Trek, setting-wise, than anything else! Teraa and Satoru and Neo are inspired by Digimon and my sister, and her Digimon-based stories and characters. Teraa is her (well, with a touch of Ruki *g*), Satoru is Ken, Neo is from the Digimon mangas. I've taken liberties with the characters, so's she, but...yeah. Oh yeah. The reason I *g*'d after saying "passengers" is cos that was the pseudonym that U2 and Brian Eno used on an album, "Original Soundtracks I", they called themselves "Passengers".. :) The white feather, you will find out about.. Teraa's crest will probably not be explained here - go watch Digimon. ;) But *some* of Teraa and Satoru's history will be told.. But you'll not see much of Ianthe and Aubrey and Elisay and Piyteur and Daphne and Maik and D'rai for a little while.. *g* ..sorry, guys, but I've got four tests to do here! I love my poor, sweet li'l Gavin..! (*sigh*...can't we keep him, guys??? *g*) Oh, and I didn't mean to imply that it was necessarily R�spia and Re�ic that addressed them from the viewscreen in the cell.. it mighta been R�spia in place of Teraa, but it was most likely really Neo..a semi-possessed Neo, but Neo nonetheless.
