| In alten Zeiten glaubten die Thais, dass wenn eine Sonnenfinsterniss stattfand, ein teuflischer b?ser Geist die Sonne verschlingen will. Alle Leute liefen auf das offene Feld um zu trommeln, auf T?pfe zu schlagen, in die Luft zu schiessen und soviel L?rm und Krach zu machen dass der b?se Geist vertrieben wird. Seitdem wir gelern haben, dass bei einer Sonnenverfinsterung der Mond die Sonnenstrahlen blockiert, k?nnen wir die Angst vor Sonnenfinsternissen in ein erweiteres Verst?ndnis der Himmelssp?re in seiner Komplexit?t umkehren. Ebenso wie beim Leiden: Sofern man die Ursache des Schmerzes kennt, ist man in der Lage furchtlos den Schmerz zu ertragen, Leiden zuzulassen und den Zeitverlauf auf mehr natuerliche Weise zu ertragen. |

| In ancient times the Thais believed when an ECLIPSE occured, that a devil ghost is out to eat, swallow down the sun. As soon as an ECLIPSE took place, everybody run out onto the open fields drumming, beating cooking pots and pans, shooting into the air and producing as much loud noise as possible to drive the devil ghost away. As we now have learned, that in case of an ECLIPSE the moon moves in front of the sun preventing rays of the sun to touch the earth, we are able to convert our fears into an enlarged understanding of heavenly speres. Same way as by understanding the source of pain, we are able to take, bear pain without fear, to allow hurting feelings and to bear them within their own natural flow of time. |
