Celi Bee and the Buzzy Bunch

Celi Bee was produced by Pepe Luis Soto of the Rice and Beans Orchestra. First album for Miami-based T.K. records gave the classic "Superman" - good bassline, later put into the charts by Herbie Mann - and disco classic "One love". This album also contains the slower "Closer, closer".

Her follow-up LP, "Alternating Currents" included the full length version of disco track "Macho (a real, real one)" - good bassline - also "Hold your horses" and "Disposable love".

"Fly Me On The Wings Of Love" contains "Boomerang"; but listen on the A-side of the LP for the full length version of "Fly me", including the discotastic "Midnight passion".

Celi closed the 1970's by launching her own record label, Apa. There is also a UK-only 12" of "Hold your horses babe".
